Compass R.I was first impressed with the chipper voice that answered when I called saying ""Thank you for calling Plumbing Masters. How can I make you smile today?"" I was also pleased with their response time. They were able to get someone to my client's property the same day. The reason I'm giving one star is because I was taken advantage of by charging $289 for a job that took them 15 minutes of labor and a clean out cap that costs $5. They didn't even have to make a trip to the store. Highway robbery in my opinion. I called after the fact to talk to a manager and the receptionist said he wasn't in. She asked what it was regarding and I explained. She said she would have him call me back but I never heard from anyone.
Bill W.Had two guys come out and check on a leak coming from a random drain pipe under my washing machine. They figured out the issue and were in and out in no time! It wasn't much of a rush, but dispatch got me an apointment for saturday, when I called Friday afternoon (I was too busy to take same day!) Fair prices, they have me some reccomendations and weren't all pushy about trying to sell me stuff. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll definitely use these guys for any plumbing I may need in the future
$325 to plug a toilet drain. The guy was there 15 minutes and didn't even bother to clean up after himself. The initial visit was a high-pressure sales job which is always so distasteful. Won't use them again and wouldn't recommend.
Charged me over 200 dollars to replace a faucet stem. Promised to give me coupon off on their site, didn't. Didn't put the shield back on that protects the wall. Plumbing repairs for the rich only!
C G.I called Plumbing Masters today. My drain was clogged and garbage disposal wasn't working. My technician was to arrive between 1 and 6. At 4:20 I got a call that he was on his way but with afternoon traffic it might take him an little extra time to arrive. About 25 minutes later Roger arrived. He wore a company uniform and was easily identified by the email they sent with his photograph. Roger identified the problem, cleared the drain, and flipped the GFI outlet to get my disposal working again. Roger was polite, professional and quickly resolved all the issues. Roger and Plumbing Masters get 5 stars and I will call them again the next time we need a plumber.
R E.Tried Plumbing Masters for a simple job late last year and they were fine. Earlier this year had them out to replace old hose bib and re-do main shutoff to the house. At the time they sold me on their maintenance program. Fine, but here's where the trouble starts. Made an appointment to have them come out and do annual maintenance, including water heater drain.I was given a time frame of 8-1, which for that day was fine since I was going to be home. Lo and behold I get a phone call at 12:15 from some cheery person telling me they were not going to make and needed to reschedule me for the next day. Really, call me after 4+ hours into the time frame and act as though your schedule is more important than mine? This morning I discover water at the site of where they re-did the main shutoff back in January so I called them up to get out here ASAP to fix their crappy work. I was told they would be out between 11-3 today and naturally per this company's MO I just received a call at 2:30 saying they are running behind today and were hoping to get to me ""soon"". When I asked what ""soon"" meant, I got a whole bunch of nothing in response.
Bottom line on this company is if it's a revenue-generating call, they'll show. But if it's ""just"" to honor their program or fix their work with no income possibility, they will blow you off. Proven it on three different occasions with us.
Update after owner's response: Brian, you are claiming you refunded our Club Membership, apparently to make yourself look better to the Yelp world? I not only have not received this refund, you never even addressed my request in your email back to me.
Jon R.First I wasn't sure to expect. This place has some seriously hokey commercials. However, I was fortunate enough to have been assigned to their plumber Jessie Green.
Meeting Jessie was a pleasure and he really knows his trade. I appreciated the straightforward pricing. His customer service is exceptional. Jessie is also very personable, which is helpful when going through a typically stressful situation. Thanks Jessie!!
I recommend calling Plumbing Masters and asking for Jessie Green for your plumbing needs. He's the best!
Same day service with no extra fees. YES!
Roger Armstrong arrived for my appointment, immediately diagnosed the problem as being related to work performed by another Phoenix plumbing company, provided excellent advise in connection with dealing with that company, and refused to charge me for his trouble. Our mistake the first time around; Plumbing Masters will be our first call next time.
Cheri Y.DO NOT use this company. They are prepared to rip you off. The plumber who came to my house stopped in the hallway and wanted to call Rocky Mountain Restoration because I had a floor problem. He wanted to do this before he even assessed the plumbing problem. Then he said the leak in the wall was coming from the toilet, He said I had dangerous bacteria behind my wall and under my floor and wanted to know how much my home owners insurance deductible was. Rocky Mountain Restoration came out and continued the scare tactic and wanted me to call my insurance agent on the spot so he could talk to him. He told me the insurance might replace my entire floor. Clearly these two are in cahoots. This was a scare tactic because they saw $$$$$. Then the plumber quoted me $329 to replace a kitchen faucet. And maybe the best part, he ran the kitchen faucet to look at the leak and let it flood the cabinet which I didn't discover until he left! I called Diamondback Plumbing who charged me $140 to replace the kitchen faucet and properly found the leak from the bathroom, which was a simple leak behind the wall from the faucet, not toilet. There was no mold or bacteria. Buyer beware!
Had a great experience with Roger A who came out to replace our disposal and hose bib. Found him to be highly experienced and knowledgeable. Personable and helped us in a timely manner. Called this morning and he was dispatched and here within a couple hours. Feel like we have finally found ""our"" plumber to use for all our plumbing needs.
