Called because they were a couple miles from the house. Website says $93 drain cleaning. Two toilets = $186. But total was $366 because they used a camera to ser the main line wasn't blocked. Called and was told we have to ""mention"" the special price to get it. No where on the website does it say that! Any other plumber I found was $50-$100 for using the camera, but not $180.

I made the call for my elderly parents and feel they were taken advantage of. The ""recommendation"" was to replace both toilets to the tune of $3000+.

On the plus side they were on time and the clogs were taken care of. But hopefully their regular guy isn't on vacation next time a plumbing issue arises.

Suspecting a water leak by our tub, I contacted Plumbing Masters. From the first contact, my experience has been positive. For the following reasons:
1. The customer is texted a photo and info about the technician who is being dispatched.
2. The technician arrives on time.
3. Brad was awesome and:
4. Respectful of us and our home.
5. Explained what he was going to do any why.
6. Answered all questions regarding the repair and the costs to our satisfaction.

Brad replaced a cracked pipe, had to cut a hole in the drywall. Now thanks to Brad, no more leak. Unfortunatly, some of the drywall has to be replaced. Ugh! Please let Brad know what a great job he's doing and how much his professionalism, knowledge and friendly customer service are appreciated.

We also appreciate the collaborative relationship Plumbing Masters has with Rocky Mountain Restoration. We would have been at a loss to locate a reputable contractor for the next phase of this saga! JP came out which helped us tremendously during this stressful situation.

We are both Air Force veterans and appreciate a company who will do what they say, and provide quality service.

Thank you!
Dennis and Ruth Barmore

I last visited YELP to complain about Plumbing Masters 11/2017. UPDATE: I just recently had all my plumbing issues fixed- NOT- with these guys but with a private licence contractor thru the City of Scottsdale.
The cost was $3,000. not $15,000., the 3 different issues that plumbing Masters said I had, I didnt have.
Still 2 years later, Plumbing Masters charged me $450, for a camera video search of my pipes, I have yet to see the video, or receive a refund. Plumbing Masters is a rip off. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Third times a charm...we had two techs out her before Mike came and took care of our issue...it took him a few trips back but it was evident he was not going to give up until the issue was fixed tank less water heater issues thank goodness he could help us with a bit of a workaround solution so we could have a hot shower while he figured the issue out ...we would give Mike 10 stars if we could hopefully you never lose him he represents your company well....thanks Mike!!!

Landlords beware. I had a tenant call with a stopped up toilet. So I called Plumbing masters to have them come out and then stop at. The lady on the phone was very courteous and they were very responsive, however, I was informed because this was a tenant occupied property there would be additional $49.95 service fee. I inquired as to why; there was no explanation given at all, that's just the way it is. Fortunately I had enough sense look on their website and get a $50 coupon discount. The toilet was fixed however, had I not gotten the $50 discount, to ""snake ""the toilet it would've been over $200. And finally, they did not even send a copy of the receipt; I had to call five days later and request it. When asked why they didn't send a receipt when they charged additional $50, I got a rather curt response reply that said I'll send you the receipt. In summary, service was good, but I felt a little price couch here. Won't be using them again for any of my tenant occupied properties.

I will say that Todd was pleasant ... AND they got him here really quickly which I was really happy about (I had broken a piece off inside my toilet tank trying to make a minor repair).
BUT ... paying $394 to replace the fill, shut-off & flush valve(s)and flapper (even w wax ring etc) is MORE than a tiny bit overpriced. OUCH.
They knew I had no choice at that point, but as a widow on a very fixed income it was painful to have to pay that. The tech also said I needed a new tank (older house, the bolts are rusty) and THAT would be an add'l $400. I almost laughed out loud when I told him ""no, I need to pass on that"".
I've had two estimate since and they were less than half that price on the high end.
The National average chart to replace all internal parts shows $200 as high end.
I don't blame the Tech ... he showed up w their usual printed sheet of flat pricing.
But he also left a mess behind him. It was a rainy day, but he left actual dirt and small part pieces behind on my tile floor, after I asked if he needed a towel or anything to clean up. Ugh!

I used PM one time before and had (sadly) forgotten how pricey they can be ...
the last time it was to help fix a bathroom sink stopper & a slightly leaking pipe & that visit cost me a small fortune
But that (different Tech) actually lowered his initial cost slightly - but it was still overpriced.
