Don came out yesterday to fix a water leak. He was sent by insurance and he was our second plumber to come out that day.

The first plumber (from a different company) took an hour and misdiagnosed the issue and didn't listen to me. He recommended a fix to me that wouldn't have solved the leak issue.

On the other hand, Don listened to me and found the leak within 5 minutes and showed it to us. We were impressed by his intelligence and great communication.

He told us he is a licensed master plumber in several counties and has more than 20 years of experience in plumbing. He looks young but don't let that fool you!

We will definitely call him again if there's another issue. He doesn't over charge and he was personable, honest, and excellent at his work. Highly recommend!

Super service and super responsive. Don came out and replaced my leaking and damaged toilet within 24 hours of my initial call to him. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to even share photos of not only the before and after work that was completed, but he shared concerns and photographs of my bathroom I wasn't aware of being an out of state owner. The entire process of talking to a live person initially to receiving the estimate to job completion and payment all went so smoothly.
