Alice M.I called in the morning (for a non-emergency) and they were able to arrange service for that afternoon wIth a window for the service call between 1-4 with a promise that if they had someone free earlier, I would be notified. The service technicians arrived early in that window, they were courteous, friendly and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and took care of it in a timely manner.
