Had a service call on Jan 5th to install a water filter. Plumber came and said we had the wrong part and for a one minute conversation, charged $110 for the service call. we followed up on Friday Jan 8th and were told they can't order the part because they don't know what to order and when we told them to ask the Plumber Jeff we paid $110 to, they said they couldn't because it's not listed on the service order. Asked to speak to the service manager Brian who has never returned the call after calling them 5 times. Asked for a refund and they have gone silent.

Had used this company before and they were excellent and response time was flawless. Had a pipe burst while on vacation last week and came home to a flooded house- called Plumbing Mart - almost 12 hours later -- not even a single call back 24/7 emergency service means that- don't advertise it if you are not going to provide proper service. Thank god for a neighbor getting us a plumber this morning by 9 am- we have hot and cold running water again!

I have been treated most unprofessionally by this company and particularly the Manager Bob Puglisi. He shouted at me and then hung up on me. I had two new toilets installed by them in September of 2013. I placed a service call and they came several days later on December 5th. I was told they would order parts and return. When I called to follow up they said the parts were never ordered. They sent a second person this morning. He also could not repair the toilet and said parts were necessary. When I called to find out when I could expect the parts, they told me to call the manufacturer. At that time Mr. Puglisi came on the phone, shouted at me and hung up. I strongly suggest that no one use this vendor. I did call another plumber. The toilet was fixed in 20 minutes. He brought the part with him.

I have been using Plumbing Mart for several Houses I have owned in Boca Raton over the past 15 yrs. They have always solved the problem (and some were very strange) in a timely manner. They are clean, courteous and have the parts you need readily available. I will continue to use them in the future. Oh, and they said he would show between 1&4 and he was here by 1:30 ! A big plus.

This is for the worst company I have dealt with in the 54 years I'm known as earth they came in and done some extensive work to my home didn't properly secure everything up and return got Condensation in my house and cost me around 25 to 30 grand. There is no help from them guys you got Tresa Travis and the owner Dave and they will not honor the quality of work there supposed to be doing. Don't be a fool and use these guys for any reason at all
