Michael totally saved the day in an extremely urgent and chaotic crisis. Early Thursday morning, my shower handle completely broke off and a deluge of water was spewing out of the pipe. Understanding the urgency of my situation, he arrived promptly and was able to fix the inside of my handle even though parts were missing down the drain. He understood right away what went wrong and was able to quickly remedy the problem.

Michael went out of his way to help me find the most economical and efficient solution to replacing my shower handle. My old shower handle was discontinued and he personally helped me source parts for it so he could fix it without having to break through drywall and replacing the entire valve which would have been a huge ordeal.

Michael is awesome. I have a restaurant in Venice that was shut down due to a gas leak. Of the 30-40 estimates I received on Yelp, Michael's estimate was the most affordable. He performed an air pressure test to locate the leak. He was very thorough with the repairs. Although it was a one day job, Michael came back for two more days to double, and triple check the pipes to be sure it'll pass the SoCal gas test. He even showed up for SoCal gas test. When Michael assured me that he backs up his work, he meant it. His work and integrity really surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend Michael, and I really appreciated how he backs up his work. Thanks to him, I'm ready to reopen.
