1/2 the cost of another quote 2 days out. Came same day even after he was off because sounded serous. Very nice and knowledgeable. Knew a problem right away 2 other plumbers couldn't diagnose. I'm so glade I checked for a second opinion and found Plumbing Made Simple. I saved money today and will again next week when I hire them again to fix another issue. First review ever, good or bad. I felt like I had to. 100% using them again and you should too.

Cannot say enough great things about Mike- I had been dealing with a leak from the drainage pipe from my washing machine, the whole thing was so painful. I called Mike, he came out the next day (on a weekend!), diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 1-2 hours, and charged a super reasonable rate. I really appreciate him!

This is a long overdue review. I've known Mike and his son, Ryan, for over 2 years. They are the nicest, honest and most professional guys. Quality work and craftsmanship! Prices are very reasonable and I love how I can call Mike in a panic about a leak or something and he's always able to fit me in. He's direct and tells you up front what his recommendations are.

Most importantly, Mike is a good guy. Children are supposed to be a positive reflection of their parents and it definitely shows in Ryan. Always a pleasure to have them in my home, my parent's home, and our rental property.
