Mike and his son did a great job. We had a toilet that was leaking at the seal and needed to be reseated. Another toilet we wanted to change the fill valve. Plumbing Made Simple had solid reviews on Next Door so I called him up. We communicated through text so that he could keep in touch while on his jobs. It made it so much simpler than waiting for a phone call back and going back and forth. They were able to get me on the schedule within two days which worked great for me. Clean, considerate and did a good job. Price was good. Glad we found a plumber for all our go forward needs!

Mike is the best plumber in So OC. My Dad was a plumber for 50 years and i come from a long line of plumbers and Mike actually reminds me of my Dad in his honesty and kindness. This guy will go out of his way to answer your call as quickly as possible. When my hot water heater went out and our new home Insurence gave me the run around about how they couldn't fit it because it was still under warranty with Home Depot. I was at my wits end. I called a wholesale plumbing supply house trying to find the part myself. I had a 8 month old baby with no hot water for 3 days. I started crying on the phone and the sales guy felt so bad that i couldn't get anyone to help me without buying a whole new hot water heater. He gave me mikes number, as mike is one of his customers, and said ""call this guy...he's super nice and i think he will help you"". He was right!
Mike came out that day and offered to help me empty and take the hot water heater to Home Depot in his truck, so i could try to get some money back based on the warranty. He ended up using one of his parts to fix it and pulled the broken part out and sent it in later. He went above and beyond and ill never forget his kindness. He has been my go to plumber in OC ever since. He re piped a broken pipe under our garage and has helped several friends I've referred. He's honest and fair and wont gouge you.
