I called to get a quote for a main drain that was clogged, Kelley was able to tell me what a common cause was over the phone and very quickly give me instructions how to clear it. On February 1, 2005 Kelly Clark from Plumbing Logic came out and replaced my sewer line. The back up continued so he came out and replaced the line under the street on August 9, 2005.

On May 2, 2009 another plumbing company came out and ran a camera through the line and recorded on DVD that Plumbing Logic had failed to replace the tap at the main connection where the line connects to the city's portion of the sever. I contacted my water and sewer company and had them watch the video they stated that indeed if they were contacted like they should have been they would have replaced the part between my drain line and the main sewer.

On June 17, 2009 I called Kelly and asked him to come out and view the video so we could discuss what needed to be done.

June 18, 2009 No one showed up.

June 19, 2009 Kelly Clark left a message that stated the following, ""I am sorry you are having a problem but the work I did is out of warranty and I am too busy to come out.""

June 22, 2009 Filled a report with BBB.

Wednesday July 8, 2009 This is what I heard from Plumbing Logics through E-mail,""We at Plumbing logics would like to reply on this action, first issue we did not tell our customer that you would have no problems in the future on your sewer line, common sense is that toilet paper, any miss use on the system could cause back ups. Second- We had given our customer a written proposal , of a desciption and price for work to be
performed,and included a 1 year warranty. We had a phone call and he
was very up set using foul words, we had told him that the job was
done 3.5 years ago and there is no warranty, he wanted us to come out
and view the video tape, and with our safety we refuse to come over,
we reserve the right to service him again, due the the fact that he
has been out of warranty for several years now, also he will not pay
us for our time, also he knows that he is out of warranty, and still
complains, the work performed was inspected by the city of lakewood
city inspector. On our part/work we had removed and replaced sewer
main, we can not warranty natural causes of the earth soil, the pipe
was installed properly, per building inspector. Thank you

I never once used any foul words. I am of Christian faith and would never use profanity with anyone. I also did not even have a chance to discuss how much the repair work would cost. I thought he was going to view the DVD and provide an estimate. I am totally disgusted with Kelly Clark and would never recommend him to anyone. It still bothers me to this day that someone could act like this. I am also unsure how the city of Lakewood could possibly inspect this without making sure the proper tap was provided between the work he performed and the city's main line.

The awesome thing about him is that he'll actually take the time to EXPLAIN to you what is wrong and give options as to the best repair. Plumbing Logics owned by Kelly Clark is a dependable company that works with great integrity. We were in an emergency situation and were referred to Plumbing Logics by our hot water heater's manufacturers representative. Kelly responded quickly to our initial call and came within a day to offer an estimate for the job. We chose to work with Kelly because he was very personal, considerate and responsible. He offered the most reasonable bid. Once we confirmed with Kelly, a company technician (Jared), came out the next day. Jared was polite and worked effectively, completing the job as initially discussed with Kelly. Our final bill was the exact estimated quote. this company did the work we needed for 1/2 the price we were quoted from another company. We are very satisfied with the work they did, and our all of our neighbors wanted their phone number. Kelly Clark (owner) is a master plumber and is the most honest and cordial person you'll ever meet. there is no doubt we will call him again if we ever have a problem or need good advice!!!
