Paul is professional, meticulous, efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and anything else you want in a plumber. He responded immediately to my Yelp message, with a very reasonable estimate. His office staff promptly called me with an appointment. Besides changing out my anode rod, he flushed out my water heater. Then we were chatting about other issues in my house. He adjusted the water pressure for my house. He then took out the water regulator in my shower heads. He only charged me for the water heater job. I'm definitely calling him for any other plumbing needs. I've used several plumbers in my lifetime, and he's definitely the best! I'd give him 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

Thank you so much Paul. From your quick response to my initial call, to the promptness to show for your apt in a timely and professional manor. I wish I could say more but he was only here for 10 min. One of our showers wasn't producing hot water and before I could even offer him a cup of coffee he had completed the job and was out the door. Paul is awesome! He was very quick to respond to my service call. Made an appointment and he showed up on the same day. Due to his busy schedule, he was running late. But he did communicate with me and told me ahead of time that he would be running late, which is fine with me. He came to the house and check out the problem. He is honest with his assessment and did not try to exaggerate the problems and advised me to contact my HOA. He did not even charge me for coming out for the service call.

Paul is definitely trustworthy and I strongly recommend for anyone who has plumbing issue.

Everyone deserves a fair review, the tradesmen and the public. So, here is my fair review of Plumbing Legion:
He replaced our old hot water heater. His work was very good, everything neat and proper. He cleaned up after himself. This is five stars. But more important to me is, Paul is just a really good person. Not sure why, but that matters to me. I recommend this company for plumbing needs, and you will be glad you did.

He was super responsive, on-time, reasonably priced, and just very professional, courteous and overall a nice guy. He always put on boot covers when coming in and out, and took quick care of our plumbing issues! (Clogged toilet and drain pipes)

Happy to add to the string of glowing 5-star reviews!! Paul was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry on Yelp. I was able to get a quote from him in the app and text him to set the appointment. His price was better than most and had the reviews to boot so I scheduled him to come within a few days to install the new garbage disposal I ordered. He texted me his ETA before arrival and had soo much patience with my confusing complex. The replacement was so quick! I think it was all done, explained, and paid for in well under an hour. No mysterious additional charges or deceptive trickery, and helped me dispose of my old unit. Extremely trustworthy, through and through. I will absolutely be hitting him up for my future plumbing needs, as I am not a handy person at all!
