First, I want to say I am giving 2 stars, because the plumber who came out was very nice! Or else it would be 1 star. I had a clogged toilet, I had been snaking it myself for about an hour and didn't seem to fix it so I called them and they came out that day. The plumber was super nice, turned the water back on and the toilet was fixed! I had y the clog myself, my silly self just forgot to turn the water on! he called his office to see if he had to charge still and they said yes. As he was writing up his invoice I expressed my concerns with being charged for a 30 second visit. Maybe a $10 discount or something? He called his office again and they were not budging. I just find that to be lack of care for the customer for sure to charge full price to not have to do anything! Again, the plumber himself was very kind about all of this.

Typical bait and switch plumber. They tell you one price on the phone and then there is expensive add on's when they get there. I won't use this guy again. I do not recommend. The work was fine

We had the bad fortune to experience a mysterious leak in our first floor condo unit kitchen drywall to floor. After water mitigation work, we could guess that the water maybe from second floor, but second floor unit doesn't have water flooded in their unit.

We were referred to Plumbing King for leak detection. The scheduler was extremely patient even after we have to delay the appointment for 3 times due to the reasons on our part. After spending some time in our and neighboring upper stair unit and did lots testing, Steven was able to accurately pin point the root cause of the leak. The report and picture followed was very clear and precise. Steven's excellent experience and knowledge are amazing! My engineer husband said that he will bring those files to office to show young engineers how illustration should be done.

Hiring Plumbing King to diagnose water leak was the best decision we made in the last couple week. Steven's accurate finding will finally give us hope to get this water damages fixed. Steven's saved us!

We are so lucky to have Steven worked on our job! We will definitely recommend Plumbing King to anyone with plumbing needs.

I had a noise coming from the wall/valve area when the toilets flushed and like a knocking noise sometimes. I called these guys and Tyler came out and changed the valve with no problems. Good as new now.

Tyler was professional, knowledgeable and transparent in his work at my home today. I had a hydro jet service to my storm drain. He understands plumbing and was familiar with the plumbing in the homes in my community. My neighbors are having a leak in there house and are saying it is from my house. Tyler even went over there and took a look. They would need to get a leak detection service because the leak is localized in there home. And the work we did today would have flooded there home if it was from my pipes. Tyler went above and beyond. Gives me faith in plumbers again! Also note, I had another plumber over the same week that wanted to triple charge me for the same service. So, there prices are very reasonable.

I had a mainline break early evening on a Thursday. After three phone calls to plumbers I had used before for other jobs who were booked up I called these guys because they had given me a bid for a project. I passed on using them because they were far more expensive but because they were already vetted I gave them a call.

So happy I did and so thankful I had that previous experience with them! They got me on the schedule tentatively but within a few hours I had a solid time. Three hours later I had someone doing some crazy manual digging in my front yard to find the break and fixing everything up.

Yep it wasn't cheap but it was done and I had water back on and my yard looked mostly the same when he was done. Good nuff.

Super thankful for a professional job. I was talked through every step, shown what was going on, and told what went wrong to the best of his understanding.
