Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

We had Tyler from plumbing kings come out to fix a slab leak. He sat our house on fire, 911 was called, and the fire department responded to put out the fire. The owner Stephen refused to cooperate with my insurance company who had to go to court to recover their funds and my deductible. He refused to cooperate in any way after the fire occurred. He never even offered an apology. He then still sent a bill demanding payment. He would not even provide my insurance company with his insurance information. Stay far away from this company as the owner Steven is not trustworthy and will not stand behind his work whatsoever.

Plumbing Kings are the best! Super fast response time and so nice. Jordan took the time to make sure I understood how my water heater was being repaired and to walk me through the repair when he was finished so I could see it was fixed and double check before he left. He also helped me order the part I needed online so I didn't have to pay extra markup. I've used plumbing kings a few times over the last few years and they are always great. Can't recommend highly enough!

Am looking for quotes for a substantial plumbing project (repiping plus tankless hot water heater). Company wants to charge $49 estimate fee which is only reimbursed if you agree to do the work with them onsite the day of the estimate.

(1) there's no way I would make a knee jerk decision at the time of the visit for such a large project, and (2) you likely wouldn't even be able to begin the work at the time of the estimate.

I asked for consideration to wave the estimate fee given the magnitude of the project and dispatcher said I could take my business elsewhere. So I will.

Steve came for the initial inspection gave us a quote and sent his crew out the next day to do the work.... I had a water main leak and Jordan and Dereck did a fantastic job.. I understand plumbing myself and Jordan's professionalism was a 10 out of 10..These young men were very well trained and Jordan's work was excellent. They were on time, polite and cleaned up the property better than it was prior to their arrival...
Thanks Jordan and Plumbing Kings for doing an exceptional job.
I will definitely be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs...

These are not our usual plumbers however that business has changed owners and were difficult to do business with so off the Yelp! I went.
Called Plumbing Kings, a very polite girl took my call, on Monday and the work was just completed by Tyler on Tuesday. He texted me 30 minutes prior to his arrival, came in took a look at the project and less then 10 minutes later our sprayer hose on our kitchen faucet is fixed, AMEN. We did have the replacement hose from Moen, so that made his job easier.
Tyler was professional, conversational and extremely efficient.
Next time we need a plumber, Plumbing Kings will be my first call~and i will ask for Tyler!

I would give these guys ten stars. They were very communicative, fair, had great customer service. Overall an amazing experience.

Jordan let me know when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He explained what he was inspecting, what he was going to do and gave me a quote before beginning with the service. He did a great job and will definitely be recommending pluming kings to anyone who has plumbing issues. Thank you
