Outstanding service on a holiday Sunday night- suddenly we had sewage in our sinks, Tony and his apprentice came in promptly and fixed it rapidly and cheerfully and the price was only the cost for the emergency call- no extra fee. And the emergency call fee was more reasonable than the other 2 guys who gave us quotes. Truly a King in our hearts!

We tried to replace our toilet flapper and fill valve on our own but notice we had a slow leak after we did it. Was looking for a plumber on Yelp and saw really good reviews on Plumbing Kings Hawaii so decided to send a message for availability. In less than an hour I got a response and said they could send someone out within an hour. Sure enough Tony came within the given time and was able to fix the problem right away. So I'm no expert DIYer but I can hold my own. I've installed a few faucets in my day, even a toilet or two; however, lately I've been running into some unforeseen and unlucky roadblocks with my projects and my last attempt was not exception. Our kitchen faucet was old and leaking so I decided to put my skills to the test. As I started to unscrew the locking bolts which hold the faucet in place, both sheared right off!! I was done before I began! My wife found Plumbing Kings on Yelp and they came the next day! I initially sent a picture and they immediately knew a ""grinder"" was necessary to cut the locking screw off and yet they were done with removal and replacement in no time. I was not home to watch these guys work but my wife described them as ""Ninjas!"" LOL. I will say that we've found our plumbers and will be calling them again cause I have one more thing that's way above my skill level. Mahalo Plumbing Kings Hawaii!

Plumbing Kings Hawai'i was quick to respond for our water heater needs. I initially inquired for drainage for maintenance but noticed it began to have a leak. I was able to share pictures of our leak with information of what was happening and why. Stores were closed at that time so we got a quote the next day and removal and replacement the following day. Plumbing Kings Hawai'i really helped us out with a fair price!

Plumbing Kings and Drain Masters deserve 10 stars!!! Quality Professional workmanship at Reasonable price. I contacted them via Yelp, under complete despair, working with the general contractor from hell I mistakenly believed would do good work. Chad responded quickly and professionally asking pertinent questions and for pictures that he reviewed to give me a quote for the complete job of a washing machine valve replacement. Tony, the company owner arrived early, with the parts and tools needed and did the job quickly and very well. I will highly recommend them and will use them whenever I have any plumbing or drain needs going forward. Thank you so much Tony!! I was losing faith that there were good professional honest companies here in Hawaii with the general contractor I have. I called Plumbing Kings after a bad experience with another plumber. Tony was honest and quick with pricing. I liked that he had a DocuSign contract because it holds each of us accountable.
