Cyndy's Bottom Line: Exceptional work quality and customer service. I called Plumbing Kings Hawaii (PKHI) due to a water pressure problem. The owner Chad answered the call and was very patient listening to my explanation of the problem. He clearly knew what was needed and we scheduled a day and time. The day before our scheduled appointment I asked Chad if he would be able to replace my garbage disposal, no problem. I took a picture of the existing disposal and sent it to Chad. Chad arrived on time and I appreciated his assessment and on what would be done. He installed the pressure regulator with copper piping and recommended if I would like to have a water outlet installed. Great location Great idea! Chad also replaced an old hose bibb valve that was stuck to the hose. The garbage disposal installation went well and his assistant showed me where the reset on button is located as well as what to do if the blades are jammed. I highly recommend Plumbing Kings Hawaii because they are reputable, honest and reliable. Chad has immense knowledge and expertise in the business beyond his years. Chad answered all my numerous plumbing questions in layman's term which I appreciated. Highly recommend to all my friends and family. Mahalo for a job well done!

Put out my project on Yelp and they responded quickly. They made an appointment to come a few days later between 10am-2pm. I waited at home during those hours and no one came. I texted to see where they were at 2:15 and no response, the next day still no response.

We had a water leak in our backyard that was slowly getting worse. Any management/repair service just kept dragging their feet and never actually doing anything to tell us what the problem was or how to fix it. We spotted their van while driving and gave their number a call to leave a message. A second later they called us back, came to our house, and within an hour they: found the problem, fixed it, patched everything up, and gave us advice on what to do. Good service at a reasonable price.
