Getting a response, excellent. Showing up on time, excellent. We had two toilets to have replaced. First one was a breeze, the second took hours - come to find out he would not leave until he could figure out the problem. He went to and from the store. There seemed to be a hairline crack in the porcelain that we could not see. So, he put back on the original toilet until we can order another one. This guy spent over five hours trying to make this work, and the price never changed. We felt so bad - but we finally got a replacement (Lowe's - 5th time is the charm - as two came broken)... and we have already scheduled them to come back out. Sealed, verified not leaking, and makes sure the job is done right. You are now on my families' go to list.

So, our water heater started spewing water. No problem I called our home warranty. Had shut the water off. After the immediate problem was over, we discovered the water main valve and the water heater valves had broken.

So stuck without water now, I had called the first thing I saw on yelp at 5pm on a Friday. I called them and the nice woman took my info and told me she was going to get in contact with the owner to see if they can make an emergency trip. I received a call from Steven and explained what was going on

He did say it was going to be time and a half but we had no choice. He said he was going to call his guys and have them contact me. I received a call from Chad, gave some more specific information so he can do the work.

Chad was wonderful. He was professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Explained to me what was going on, how the particular valves that we had even worked and why it failed. He made sure all the work was done correctly, securely, and most of all getting us back to being able to have water. Double and tripled checked not only the work he did but everything else around it to make sure we were in a better spot than before.

I don't leave reviews often, but given the situation, we felt more at ease after. Emergencies suck, but I am really glad this was the number I called. Thank you Steven and Chad and the rest of your team. A+

Had a leaking toilet that Steve from Plumbing Kings diagnosed and fixed in a jiffy. I was very happy with his friendly and professional attitude. The work was done quickly and well. Tyler at Plumbing Kings is 100% legit. He's already been over our new house twice to help out with our renovation projects and to help modernize some of the plumbing. He's smart, always on time, and you can tell Tyler and everyone at Plumbing King's care. I'm very thankful for these guys!

Everything went great -- Tyler was right on time, very pleasant, and got the kitchen sink snakes and and working great in probably less than an hour. Very pleased and I'd happily recommend Plumbing Kings.

Called this company after an initial company I called kept saying they were coming, and 2 hours later, no show.

Corey was my technician. He identified the problem right away, which I already knew because my brother was going to repair it, but contracted Covid. So I was super trusting when Corey identified the same exact problem. I knew then he was on the up and up. He told me how he was going to repair it, and less than 30 minutes later, he was done. He turned the water back on and tested the sink for leaks. And all was well.

I would definitely recommend this company to others and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Definitely ask for Corey if you need an honest tech to come out. He was awesome sauce!!!

The team at Plumbing Kings went above and beyond over the holidays to repair my leaking kitchen sink as a first-time customer. They showed up on the same day and installed a new system that was a major upgrade to my system and also made sure it was connected to other appliances. Sent out an inquiry on yelp for a job. Plumbing Kings were the only one that came back with a quote. They had time to do my project the next day. Showed up on time, their work more than exceeded my expectations, they were efficient and cleaned up their mess. They were also respectful of our carpeting and wore booties. In talking to our service tech I found out it was the owner! Fast, efficient affordable service and what more can you say about a company when the boss is the overflow guy! If we have any other plumbing problems we will use them!!! We had three toilets changed out!
