A pipe burst in our house at 9:40 in the evening. I called them and they arrived by 10 pm. Matt and Clay were great. They fixed the pipe and were very nice.

They sent 3 people out to an easy fix and they were all extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never use this company again! They need to teach their techs customer service and manners!

Saved me thousands, based on estimates from other plumbing companies, by correctly diagnosing the problem. They take the time to do the right job the first time. Friendly and courteous. Recently called them for an emergency leak in my well line. They were there before I knew it. They worked hard for hours to fix it. When they learned that they didn't have the right size line for the repair; they called the boss who brought it out and it was around 8 pm. They could have patched the leak and returned the next day, but they made sure it got done that night. My family was truly appreciative of their efforts.

I can't say enough good things about Plumbing Innovators. Angel listened to my story of woe about the home warranty company and the plumber that sent out who failed miserably in fixing our problem, and then managed to shake loose a whole team of techs to fix our problem that very afternoon despite a full schedule. She could have charged extra for an emergency call the next day on Saturday, but did the right thing instead. If you're having a plumbing issue, definitely contact Plumbing Innovators.

I loved them from the beginning, Mike was the only plumber that took water from the well tank. All the others did not. They just tested the inside water. We had sulfur smell and large amounts of iron in our water. After testing, Mike was able to tell us exactly what we needed, why it was needed, and the price. We were not pressured. He gave us everything in writing, nothing hidden. When we had the system installed, it was done fast and cleanly. He went over everything with me and told us not to hesitate in calling him if anything changes in the water. We love our water now!!! No smells or staining. Awesome service...awesome people!!!

I called Plumbing Innovators because there was an issue with my kitchen sink and disposal at a rental house in North Stafford, VA. Due to a surgery, I was unable to make it to the house myself. The plumber who responded was incredibly nice and let me know exactly what was wrong with the disposal and drain. He gave me several options, didn't apply any high-pressure sales techniques, and was very courteous. I am extremely impressed with his service and will absolutely recommend them to anybody in the Stafford area. It's refreshing to find honest and straightforward professionals.

Having a Rinnai tankless gas water heater that was new in 2008 that often vibrated, I searched for a ""certified"" Rinnai service company. The company that installed the unit is not certified and recommended Plumbing Innovators (PI). Michael from PI came out and immediatly notified me that the gas regular was improperly installed to close to the Rinnai unit and the low end and high end gas pressures were incorrect and he adjusted them. A call to Rinnai, and their techical staff confirmed the improper location and that the regulator needed to be 3 to 5 feet before the unit, instead of being connected to a 4 inch pipe nipple from the unit. The original installer wouldn't return calls. Their company name isn't important, but they're based off Route 218 (White Oak Rd) in eastern Stafford County just before the county line with King George.

Since the original installer was obviously unwilling to correct their error, I had PI come back and relocate the regulator. No longer any vibration! Thanks Plumbing Innovators.

""Hose bibbs shall not be supported by PEX tubing. Hose bibbs shall be
anchored to prevent strain on PEX tubing."" Per the PPFA and Plastic Pipe Institute RESIDENTIAL PEX WATER SUPPLY PLUMBING SYSTEMS DESIGN GUIDE page 68.

Tubing shall be run continuously and as directly as possible between manifold and
fixture locations. Approved fittings may be used to repair kinked or damaged PEX
distribution lines, or to add to a distribution line that was mistakenly cut too short
during installation. Excessive use of fittings is unnecessary. -There are 8 fittings in just the 2.5' wide closet. I'll be tearing that garbage out and fixing it as well. Each one is a future leak waiting to happen.

They installed roughly 10 feet of water line, from an alcove, through an interior wall (drywall) and through an existing access point in the exterior wall where the previous hose bib was. Total cost $945 (roughly 2 times market rate) a few years later, their hose bib installation failed and is leaking water. Without even disassembling and checking it, they chalk it up as a frozen pipe. The bib itself is a Woodford model 17 freezeless, that just screws in to their Rube Goldberg assortment of pex and fittings (pex manufacturers installation instructions specifically state to limit the amount of unions between source and appliance, each one is a potential future leak). The first problem I noticed is that the union going into the exterior wall is not anchored at the union. Pex installation calls for one there. This genius apparently thought the 2 exterior screws would suffice and hold the valve stem at the required installation angle. I also know for fact that the garden hose was disconnected in the fall and just reconnected this past weekend (I both disconnected and reconnected it), my mother is 73 years old and lacks the mobility to do it herself. Richie carte blanche blamed it on a frozen pipe, due to not removing the hose, utilizing a troubleshooting technique known as 'unfounded guess-work'. To top it off, he wanted $380 to install a $32 bib which would take less than 30 minutes to fix a very apparent workmanship problem. I told Richie what he could do with himself and told him to get off the property; I'll fix it myself and backcharge them. Preliminary examination looks like they crushed it into the copper piping they failed to remove from the original hose bib and the valve stem is sitting at an upward angle instead of at a downward angle as it needs to for drainage and freezeless operation with hose removed. I'll be sure to record the removal of the old one and post the link publicly. I wouldn't let these guys plumb a straw in a soft drink. Save yourself money, go elsewhere.
