Absolutely stay VERY FAR from Plumbing Innovators--HORRIBLE service, unprofessional, repairs not done as promised, terribly rude technician. Tony was downright nasty with me on the phone when I expressed dissatisfaction that my issue wasn't fixed.

He gave me a quote to fix the jets on my bathtub, then after he started the repairs, said there was another faulty part that ALSO needed to be repaired--this possibility was NOT made clear to me upon getting the first quote; he buried it in the fine print of the written quote but NEVER verbally explained it to me--and it was going to cost more for the new part, more labor, AND he was going to have to cut into my cabinetry to do it. But he'd have to cut into my cabinetry in order to even get the price on the part from the manufacturer, so (of course) I'd be obligated to pay whatever he came back at me with, AND end up with damage to my cabinets that I'd also have to pay someone else to fix. My choices were to pay the $375 with no fix, or agree to let him cut into my cabinetry to even GET the price for the estimate, which could have been anything.

When I told him this was terrible business practice and that I was displeased with his not having properly communicated the probability of a much higher cost, plus damage, before starting work that I now had to pay nearly $400 for (with NO FIX), he got nasty, blamed me for being upset about it, and swore at me when I persisted that he wasn't doing good business. Highly unprofessional and misleading. BEWARE.

Had an emergency issue and the receptionist quickly assessed my issue and had a resolution . Very trusty people and if I have another issue I'll be calling again . A+

Mike and Tom and helpers did an excellent job. Well pump replacement. Purge of iron in pipe to house worked. Water is now excellent. Called late the day the pump stopped. They sent out a team the next day, did all the work. Shocked the well with bleach and return-flow cleaned the pipe. Made sure the pipe was clean next morning. Little things--cleaned up, booties in the house, made sure the crawlspace was locked up, regenerated the water treatment, made sure everything was turned back on. Inspected the reservoir and replaced the valve. Usual need for me to run water in house to clean out those pipes--to be expected. Now the water is clear, fast, and plentiful. Thanks, guys!

We had PI install a backup and a new sump pump a year back. Today we had a sewage clog that led to a backup flood into our basement. On a Sunday, I called PI and not only did someone answer, but they responded within 2 hours. Great service. Thanks Matt from PI.

I have used them several times . Always very responsive. They do a good job of explaining what is wrong and upfront with the costs. I feel comfortable that they not over charging me.

I hired PI to replace a bad sump pump. All other companies I contacted couldn't come until hours/days later or never returned calls(it was an emergency; we were standing in water) PI return calls promptly if they don't answer directly. Very friendly, tells you costs before starting job and talk 'to' you not 'at' you. Respectful of my home by wearing shoe covers and cleaned up after job was done. I like how they give you options about repair/replacement without trying to pressure an 'up-sell'. I like this company very much and will call them again in the future.

I had a problem replacing my disposal and had no choice but to call a professional. Found Plumbing Innovators on here and called. Mind you this was at 3pm on Saturday. Mike answered the phone and was very professional in his response. He told me that he had to deal with another call before me but that he'd help me. I figured that it would be much later. I put my phone down for a bit and when I grabbed it there were 2 calls and a text from Mike. I called him back and he was at my house in 20 minutes.

The fix took him 30 minutes and he also told me about fixes to the installation that he made. Job looks very clean and professional. Very impressed

I recommend Plumbing Innovators to anyone and ask for Mike

We finally have our go-to plumbers. Honest, fast and knowledgeable. I'm actually kind of proud to be their customer, happy when I see their trucks on the road. I have peace of mind when I need to address any plumbing issue in the house.

First let me say that for any of my plumbing needs I will call plumbing innovators. This review is rather late, because I just recently started using Yelp. But I had a problem about a year ago, where my basement bathroom was flooding and I couldn't figure out why and I was expecting the worst. I called Plumbing Innovators and they sent out someone at no cost which is really unheard of these days. The young man could not find anything wrong and recommended I call someone who can check if there was moisture behind the walls that might be sleeping through, did that, still nothing. The problem persisted so I called PI back and a different gentleman came out to check. He was just as baffled by the situation as I was. But then a light bulb went off and he started asking me about my septic tank, even though the water that was flooding my basement was clean, I wasn't sure where he was going with his questions about my septic. He told me that there are filters that are in there that need to be cleaned occasionally (I had no idea, my parents septic was underground growing up and I never knew of a thing) and with me having a water softener system that flushes itself and self cleans that the back flow from it to my septic could be causing back pressure and pushing the water up in my toilet bowl. We pulled the cover off the septic and sure as the sun rises the filters were clogged. We cleaned them off/out reinstalled and I haven't had a problem since. Wonderful people that are willing to go above and beyond. Keep up the good work Plumbing Innovators and the people who work there!!

When we were having issues with our 13 year old Rinnai tankless hot water heater, the folks at Plumbing Innovators were very professional, courteous and helpful. The receptionist was very nice, and the two plumbers who came to our home to fix the water heater took the time to explain the issue carefully, and went above and beyond to contact Rinnai to get a needed part sent to us overnight so we could get our hot water working again as soon as possible. Mike even helped educate us on how best to perform a yearly maintenance flush on our own system, and which kit he recommended we buy to do this ourselves. Later, when we were having issues with the gas pressure coming into our hot water heater, he stopped by within the hour (luckily, he happened to be in the area already) and readjusted our gas pressure so we could get back to normal. I can't recommend this company enough. Ask for Mike if you need work on your Rinnai. You won't regret it.
