Do not bother with this business. They are definitely lacking customer service. When we were discussing the required part, we were given one price, when making the purchase the price went up $25...why? Also, while we were there TRYING to return a broken part another person came in with something he bought which was missing a part. The expensive item we were returning was broken but a refund would not be given. We were instructed to call the manufacturer. Go to Ferguson, it is only 500 ft further down the street.

I just called to see if they had replacement parts for a Caroma toilet. The guy who answered asked me where I got it and told me to call them, then abruptly said, 'Thanks for calling."" How do places like this stay in business? I hope their business goes down the toilet.

I'm not a plumber, but I was hoping to get some information about some DYI plumbing. That didn't really go as planned. First there is nothing on display so you need to know some technical terms and names for parts. Second they wouldn't answer my questions on what route to take and told me to talk to a plumber first. I suppose Home Depot is my next best choice since they're a bit more helpful and I can at least point to or pick out what I want.
It looks like they have most plumbing supplies professionals may need but don't expect to get help if you're not sure what your project needs.
