One of the most professional companies I have ever used. We had a leak and they couldn't come out until later in the day due to previous jobs but was willing to come stop the leak and come back later to finish the job completely. They were trying to be as accommodating as they could be. When they finally came out it was such a small fix (as I felt stupid being not handy) that they didn't even charge me for coming out. But if they replaced the whole unit it still would have been a great price. In today's world finding a honest business is hard to come by and I found one today and would 100% recommend.

Omar replaced a broken bathroom vanity top and was as exceptionally courteous as someone else wrote on these reviews. The job cost us half of what another plumbing company (An A graded Angie's List company) wanted for the job. We will definitely stick to Plumbing Heroes for future work.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the tech guy, Omar, who came to do a routine flush and clean of our water heater. He arrived on time and was exceptionally courteous. Our water heater is not easily accessed, but Omar, moved our oven range out of the way, and squeezed himself into the space to access the heater. He was efficient, professional and kind, as well. He got the job done, plugged back in the oven range and even reset the clock on the oven, without our asking him to. Kristi, owner of the company, who took our order for the maintenance visit was also friendly and kept us informed of when the technician would arrive. Great maintenance service and customer service. We highly recommend this company.

Prices are inclusive: charge by the job so it includes labor and materials. I did supply some materials and unit for tankless install.

Very professional company, very happy to have them come out. The tech, Greg was here right on time and probably stayed for 20-30 mins. I Was looking to have my roof vent cleared out and they happened to be the cheapest company I could find. I called about 20 different companies for a quote. Greg was very helpful and a super cool laid back guy. Christy (I think is the secretary) was so sweet and very accommodating. Definitely will recommend!
