Unfortunately, Ulisses has the potential, but with the way he works and conducts his business, he will never be successful at what he does.

He initially shows up (talks a big game), does the work, gets paid, gives a warranty, and then disappears. After the initial job he did for me, I recommended him to others. Each person was disappointed because he would never show up to appointments - even when he's confirmed a few hours before. I have had scheduled appointments that he's elected not to show up to. No calls/texts to say he's not coming, no re-schedules, just disappears. Similar to other posters on yelp, friends who have used him, and my personal experience, he does quite a serious disappearing act. To add to not showing up, he does not answer calls, texts, for days/weeks/months on end.

Avoid this company altogether. He will for sure disappoint you.

I made my request thru yelp and the reply was so quick. Ulises was very nice and honest of the job. He checks first the problem and made recommendations practically. He saved me 500 dollars from the other plumbing company. I don't need to change toilet just the flow control valve. I definitely recommend them for all your plumbing service.

I had a really bad experience with a plumber, I was desperate in finding a reliable, honest & professional plumber. I spoke to Ulises & he assured me over the phone about the quality of work he did. He came the same day & not only did he remedy the plumbing issue but he was one of the most professional, qualif, reasonable & friendly plumbers. Thankful & recommend him highly.

Overall wonderful experience with Plumbing Heroes and Ulises. Our home has awkward plumbing and these guys did not give up on trying different access areas to get to the clog. After 40 minutes of hard work, success. AND to my surprise, the cost was not high. It's a great feeling knowing I now have a go to plumber that is honest and reliable.

5 stars to Ulises and his partner!! I called in at 12am on a Friday night because my kitchen sink's garbage disposal was jammed and not working causing the sink to clog. They came and immediately was able to give me an estimate and inform me what was wrong. Extremely friendly people and also great prices. They were quick and efficient. They came in less than an hour and completed the whole service as well within that same hour!! AMAZING!! I highly recommend their service!

Well. Ulises Delgado was fantastic and responsible and and nothing less than professional UNTIL, his work while still under warranty, needed repair. I texted, he responded that he would call my tenant. After promising her twice he would be at the house at a certain time, NO SHOW. I called, texted and emailed, he has disappeared off the planet now that he would have to service for no payment.

He could have had a super business but don't promise 6 month warranties and skip town!

Took the money and ran. Left the jobs either unfinished or never did them at all when he said he did.
Also cost me another $3800 to fix the mess he made on a water heater install.
He is not a plumber but claims to be.

My main line backed up on a Thursday night around 11pm. So I needed after hours service. Started calling a few plumbers and the price were pretty steep, understandable since it was almost midnight and I didn't have a clean out access. Came across plumbing heroes and I talked to Ulisis. He gave me a great price but he was out in Beverly Hills on a job but said he can come out in a couple of hours but I decided to pass on him and decided to call more plumbers but none of them were calling back after leaving messages. So I called Ulisis back and sure enough he was on his way. He arrived around 1:40ish in the morning. He hydro jetted the main at a great price. Ulisis came through like he said he would. So if you need a plumber, call Ulisis at Plumbing Heroes. He'll call you back, he's very dependable,professional and reasonable. He'll explain which is the best option for the job. Six stars is not enough for this review because his service was beyond six.Thanks Ulisis and plumbing heroes.
