Plumbing Heroes just finished putting in a new water heater yesterday and I was completely happy with the job that was done. Plumbing Heroes, specifically Laura kept me informed throughout the process by telling me the the cost upfront and making sure they delivered the correct water heater that I requested. There was no wait and they got me the the appointment the next day to have it installed. I did not have any hot water in the house so was so happy they could move so quickly. Robert went right to work when he arrived and made sure everything was done correctly to my satisfaction. I had never used Plumbing Heroes in the past and will definitely use them in the future. I requested a quote for a water softener installation, called their main line and set up an appointment and everything. Plumber never showed up for the initial appointment, called 2 hours later not even acknowledging that he had missed the appointment, asking to reschedule in the next week. The rescheduled appointment date comes and goes, no word from him. Finally get a text 2 days later asking for photos because he doesn't want to drive over to do the estimate. Sent in the photos and never got a response. Very unprofessional service.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Heroes. We had a bathroom vanity which needed to be removed and a new one installed. They were honest about some of the challenges with water damage in our bathroom. The work was done in a timely manner, with attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again, Highly recommend!

Had them come out to the house to address a broken toilet. They were here on three occasions, charged me a total of $1800 and wasn't able to fix the broken toilet. I had another plumbing company come out, after a single visit, identify the correct problem we were having, and fix it for under $500. This is just bad business practices.

Carlos and Kevin were fantastic. First they called to ask if they could come early. YES of course! They diagnosed my plumbing problems quickly, explained the situation to me, including causes and solutions. The fix was completed quickly and in a professional manner. Carlos even took the time to make small adjustments to insure everything was working perfectly. I appreciate their attention to detail, cleanliness and coming in right on budget. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber. Heroes Indeed!

Looking for someone to repair my kithen sink. This company was above and beyond really . With people being so rude doing Cordiv-19 they were very professional.
My sink leaked so much that the floor developed a hole which they replaced. Besides
patching the holes and replacing the sink and pulling the silverware out of the pipes it was a job well done.
They did everything that was need and more.

We've been looking for a plumbing firm we could feel good about for a long while! Our circa 1925 house's galvanized was on borrowed time. Plumbing Heros was not our first call for this whole house repipe job. We had estimates from a couple others, one left us feeling their work could only take us so far... We'd be on our own to complete wall patching & painting. Another would complete, replace & repair everything, but their approach & items used sounded like one size fits all-
Fortunately we came across Plumbing Heroes. Elana answered my call promptly. An appointment was set, Carlos came out & was able to assess the work needed. And what we wanted.
We couldn't be more pleased. Communication was terrific, they we're super prompt, very professional & had helpful suggestions for improvements. Plumbing Heroes took care of coordination with their other licensed sister companies of Heroes and work progressed efficiently and promptly!! We had a stress free time, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And all accomplished at a very fair price. Look forward to using them on future projects.
