TWELVE HOURS!!

Needed garbage disposal replaced. Contacted the Plumbing Heroes around 10pm. Got an immediate quote for the work (none of the other firms gave a quote from initial inquiry). They showed up with the new disposal when promised (12 hours after first contact) and boom! Job done. I was billed exactly what I expected. Clean & complete. Could not ask for a better result. These guys rock!

It never fails when you are about to go out of town and your water heater started leaking ! Was able to hook up with Plumbing Heroes thru using Thumbtack and was given a quote for a 40 gallon. They were able to come out the next day. Great communication thru texting, email reminder and even phone call from technician that they were running late that day. We had Oscar and Richardo and they were able to drain the old water heater and installed the new. Took away everything and cleaned up nicely. Able to get HOT water back in a half hour. Happy Happy !

We had the main water line break due to corrosion. We called Heroes and they came out early the next day. The Technician that out (ceasar) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and replaced the broken pipe with no problem.

We will definitely call on them again.

This staff were very helpful... even answered phone when on lunch and started a text with me! Booked with ease! The technician arrived on time and assessed the hot water heater quickly! The hot. Water heater was turned on and everyone was happy!!! I received a text and email invoice, which was so convenient!!! Plumbers are always expensive, so I knew I was in for about $300 to start, and that's almost exactly what it costed!

Plumbing Heroes just finished putting in a new water heater yesterday and I was completely happy with the job that was done. Plumbing Heroes, specifically Laura kept me informed throughout the process by telling me the the cost upfront and making sure they delivered the correct water heater that I requested. There was no wait and they got me the the appointment the next day to have it installed. I did not have any hot water in the house so was so happy they could move so quickly. Robert went right to work when he arrived and made sure everything was done correctly to my satisfaction. I had never used Plumbing Heroes in the past and will definitely use them in the future. I requested a quote for a water softener installation, called their main line and set up an appointment and everything. Plumber never showed up for the initial appointment, called 2 hours later not even acknowledging that he had missed the appointment, asking to reschedule in the next week. The rescheduled appointment date comes and goes, no word from him. Finally get a text 2 days later asking for photos because he doesn't want to drive over to do the estimate. Sent in the photos and never got a response. Very unprofessional service.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Heroes. We had a bathroom vanity which needed to be removed and a new one installed. They were honest about some of the challenges with water damage in our bathroom. The work was done in a timely manner, with attention to detail. Had them come out to the house to address a broken toilet. They were here on three occasions, charged me a total of $1800 and wasn't able to fix the broken toilet. I had another plumbing company come out, after a single visit, identify the correct problem we were having, and fix it for under $500. This is just bad business practices.

Carlos and Kevin were fantastic. First they called to ask if they could come early. YES of course! They diagnosed my plumbing problems quickly, explained the situation to me, including causes and solutions. The fix was completed quickly and in a professional manner. Carlos even took the time to make small adjustments to insure everything was working perfectly. I appreciate their attention to detail, cleanliness and coming in right on budget.
