We had a great experience with Plumbing Heroes. We had a bathroom vanity which needed to be removed and a new one installed. They were honest about some of the challenges with water damage in our bathroom. The work was done in a timely manner, with attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again, Highly recommend!

Had them come out to the house to address a broken toilet. They were here on three occasions, charged me a total of $1800 and wasn't able to fix the broken toilet. I had another plumbing company come out, after a single visit, identify the correct problem we were having, and fix it for under $500. This is just bad business practices.

Carlos and Kevin were fantastic. First they called to ask if they could come early. YES of course! They diagnosed my plumbing problems quickly, explained the situation to me, including causes and solutions. The fix was completed quickly and in a professional manner. Carlos even took the time to make small adjustments to insure everything was working perfectly. I appreciate their attention to detail, cleanliness and coming in right on budget. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber. Heroes Indeed!

Looking for someone to repair my kithen sink. This company was above and beyond really . With people being so rude doing Cordiv-19 they were very professional.
My sink leaked so much that the floor developed a hole which they replaced. Besides
patching the holes and replacing the sink and pulling the silverware out of the pipes it was a job well done.
They did everything that was need and more.

We've been looking for a plumbing firm we could feel good about for a long while! Our circa 1925 house's galvanized was on borrowed time. Plumbing Heros was not our first call for this whole house repipe job. We had estimates from a couple others, one left us feeling their work could only take us so far... We'd be on our own to complete wall patching & painting. Another would complete, replace & repair everything, but their approach & items used sounded like one size fits all-
Fortunately we came across Plumbing Heroes. Elana answered my call promptly. An appointment was set, Carlos came out & was able to assess the work needed. And what we wanted.
We couldn't be more pleased. Communication was terrific, they we're super prompt, very professional & had helpful suggestions for improvements. Plumbing Heroes took care of coordination with their other licensed sister companies of Heroes and work progressed efficiently and promptly!! We had a stress free time, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And all accomplished at a very fair price. Look forward to using them on future projects.

Heroes indeed! My husband noticed a small pool of water on the corner of our shower. He felt certain that it was a leak behind the wall. Of course this caused anxiety because of the cost of going behind the walls to see what sort of damage water could cause.

I contacted Plumbing Heroes sister company (Handy Heroes) and they recommended I contact PH because they were the experts on all things plumbing. We got so fortunate! I called around 10AM and Carlos was at our door by 1PM. And he was on-point with his communication. Called to let me know he had to delay his arrival and even stayed on the phone with me while walking up to our unit.

I wasn't present but my husband said Carlos conducted the diagnostic and gave us the best news - no leak and that it was our bathtub unit that was off-kilter which was creating a small slope of the water sliding out and pooling on the floor. And the way it was flowing, it looked as though it was coming from out of the way.

He said Carlos was knowledgeable, professional and diagnosed the problem right away. He was worth the fee because we could imagine the cost of having to demo.

Further, calling in, impressed with how polite and professional the employees are. Definitely attentive and clear in their communication.

Plumbing Heroes was very responsive and accommodating. Bob definitely deserves an extra mention here as he is very knowledgeable, efficient and fun to talk to. He also went above and beyond looking for a specialty part in multiple stores, ordered it online, came back to finish up work... I will be using them again when needed and will be recommending both Plumbing Heroes and Bob to all my friends!

They replaced a section of gas piping and also cleaned and painted another section that was unpainted and rusting. They also stayed to make sure that the gas was working after the repairs and fixed the auto shut off valve having been triggered when they turned the gas back on.

They're friendly and they know what they're doing. I'm happy with the results.
