Heglar has offered expert Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical services to Humboldt and its neighboring communities since 1946. We are a Trane Comfort Specialist, offering premium Trane HVAC products, including sales, installation, and maintenance. Our skilled and NATE certified technicians handle repairs and maintenance for all types of HVAC systems, from residential to industrial. The strength of our company lies in our employees, who deliver the reliable service our customers trust.

In 1946, after WWII, Chester K. Heglar, Jr. returned home and started an electrical business in Humboldt, TN, leveraging his electronics and radio technician training from the U.S. Navy. Before long, he branched into plumbing and added HVAC services for homes and businesses. By the 1960s, the company had nearly 50 employees, including electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters, sheet metal workers, refrigeration technicians, and office staff. In 1980, Chester Keith Heglar III joined the company after finishing college and worked alongside his father until his retirement in 1986. Keith and his wife Renee continue to uphold the values of treating our customers like family.

As we mark 70 years in business, we take pride in the fact that our company has been and will continue to be guided by three generations of Heglars.
