In November, 2016 Kalvin and his crew replaced a hot water heater and five flow control valves for us. Despite a contract which indicated a 'new' hot water heater would be installed, they installed a 4 year old water heater that had been sitting in their shop due to a job cancellation years ago. In addition, 2 of the 5 flow control valves did not operate properly after they were finished and they damaged the hot water heater pan during the installation. I have tried to contact them numerous times to make this right with no success. I tried phone, e-mail and registered letters - they apparently have absolutely no interest in resolving this issue. I am hoping that perhaps this review will spur some action. But even if it doesn't, at least others are warned.

Back in March of '13, these people gave me the runaround as my Hoboken tenants were freezing their butts off over a span of days. In order to replace a small water heater for a 750 sq ft unit, they visited several times (making for a scheduling nightmare), at times leaving within minutes of having done nothing to ""go get a special lift"", which they figured out they need only after visit 3, but somehow not at visit 1. After several days of pleading and aggravation and lost rent money, they charged several hundred dollars more than firms who replaced the exact same heaters in identical units in the building (all units' heaters went to hell within months of each other). They also don't so much lift as they drag heavy objects, so they made a giant gash in our hardwood floor. Do not do business with this firm. If I'm writing this 2 years after it happened, you know the experience stayed with me, as it will with you.
