Called these guys on Thursday and they were able to squeeze us in the next day on Friday. They serviced our heater and got our place cooking with gas in thirty minutes -- NO CHARGE -- as it was just a minor fix that was needed. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks Darrell!

I am very happy with my new furnace and creative duct work. My house was built in 1929 and had many challenges for the Heating Specialist Team. I was impressed that Daryl would say ""I love my job especially when I can solve complicated problems"". I had 6 bids and I went them because I felt they had the knowledge, a fair price and they seemed excited about my job. I highly recommend them.

I had made an appointment with this company for a Monday at 9am. I had called twice to confirm my appointment by Thomas and assured me he would show up. I took a day off work to meet him at my home but he never showed up. I called his number six times as well texted him to find out why he never showed up. There was never a call back and he never showed up.
I desperately needed my heater looked at and repaired and this guy basically flaked out and was a no show. If this is indicative of the type of work he does, you should not do business with him.
This company is a complete unprofessional, unreliable and has a lack of ownership.

Excellent plumber, excellent service! From beginning to end Thomas and his crew were professional, thorough and highly skilled. We needed a gas pipe brought into the kitchen for a gas range. Thomas showed up on time for the estimating appointment and gave us the best price estimate hands down. He was clear and precise on how he would do the job. He was available to do the job that same week. He arrived on time with his crew the scheduled day for the work. All the gentlemen were professional and I even felt comfortable leaving them in our house alone to get the job done.

These guys will treat you right, give you a fair and honest price and do high quality work.

I highly recommend Darrell Rhyner. He was extremely honest and didn't try and sell us on expensive leak repair when he thought our problem was ten year old caulk. He recaulked our ten year old tub free of charge and gave us some free advice for cooling our very hot upstairs. My husband spent the first 6 months of this year unemployed which prevented us from calling for help sooner. Darrell is a saint and I highly recommend calling him if you want an honest plumber you can trust!

I chose this guy because of all the high reviews. He was nice enough, met me for the estimate and had a great price (he was my 3rd quote). That's where the good ended. We were moving into a new house and needed to run a gas line for our new dryer. We set a time of install and scheduled the county inspector. Well he didn't call us, we called him the day before and he says oh the part is back ordered. Will be in next week. We rescheduled the inspector and 2 days before our new install date, we couldn't reach him. Voice mailbox full. For 3 days we called almost every hour and no answer. Eventually the mailbox took messages and we left those. Nothing. We had to cancel our inspector, and now we have appliances sitting here that can't be installed. Never have I worked with a company this terrible. No return phone calls, never showed up on date on install. Lot of time and money wasted to be back at square one. And this guy IS THE OWNER!!!

Darrell Rhyner, the owner/operator, has instantly become our go to plumbing and heating expert!!! Our furnace quit on us Super Bowl Sunday, and we had to turn to our costly gas fireplace to heat downstairs. I was lucky to find his business through a Google search, and called yesterday to make an appointment for today. He showed up with another employee, and it no longer than 15 minutes to get the furnace purring like a kitten again!!! He thoroughly explained what the problem was, and because it was such a quick repair, there was NO CHARGE for his services!!! He is what I define as an honorable man. My wife and I have his business card and will DEFINITELY call on him for any future needs!!!

Darrell was great. We recently finished our remodel and moved into our home. The furnace was less than two years old and just needed a tune up.

Him and his partner were on time and very professional. Darrell fixed a gas leak as part of the tune up and showed me some basics on my furnace.

He even showed me some tricks regarding my dryer vent and how to route it more efficiently. I'm so glad I chose to go with them and plan to call them yearly for our HVAC needs.

The gas valve on my furnace was bad and needed to be replaced. Beacon plumbing showed up promptly but the technician hardly looked at it and said he could not locate my model number so I had to replace the whole unit for $3500-$6000!!!! He took is $80 service call fee and left. Later that day I had someone else look at it. They located the model number in seconds, ordered the part and are going to install as soon ans it arrives for less than $200. I asked Kasen Burris of Beacon plumbing for a refund on the service call because they did not give me good or even accurate advice and he reused to refund me my money. $80 for nothing!! Do not use Beacon plumbing. They are just looking to make the most money off of you as a consumer as possible!!!!
