F**k this place! If they treat their customers like they do their employees I would suggest finding another company to service you. I worked there for 1 and half days before I got fired, all I did was not let myself be belittled and disrespected by Ron a so called Owner/Partner of the company, who you would think would know how to keep a higher standard on how to deal with certain situations and not loose his cool for no reason and then to get mad for not letting him belittle and disrespect me and just down right standing up for myself.
There is a reason why they are always looking for plumbers and I'm pretty sure it all has to do with Ron...

Discovered I had a leak under my kitchen sink last night. Found a hole in my hot water line so I went and picked one up and installed it. Turned the water back on and discovered more water leaking in from where the faucet meets the counter. Turned off the water and went to bed. Called Jeff from Plumbing Solutions who did the plumbing when I built my house in 2007 and have used ever since. He said it sounded like the faucet finally failed and I would need a new one (10 years old). He had Steve from his company give me a call and he was waiting for me when I returned from an appointment at my house. I had picked up a new faucet at Home Depot. Steve had the old one out and the new one in no time (30-40 minutes). He checked for leaks, cleaned up, shook my hand and was on his way. Painless!! I would absolutely recommend Plumbing Solutions to anyone needing work done and guaranty you will not be disappointed.

While in the process of initiating a bathroom re-model, I discovered a situation that could potentially be a serious issue. Not knowing whether or not I would need to contact a plumber, I spent 30 minutes frantically searching the internet for any information related to my issue. Unable to find a single scrap of information online, I reached out to Plumbing Solutions. Since it was late, late afternoon, my call rolled over to voicemail. I figured they were closed and did NOT leave a message. Within a few minutes, Tony, Plumbing Solutions, called me back. I explained the questionably urgent situation to him. Plumbing Solutions SOLVED all of our plumbing problems for less than a third of the the amount other plumbing companies were willing to charge us...We were pleasantly surprise when the bill was presented upon completion of the JOBS. One company wanted to charge $5500 just to replace the faucet in a tub and Plumbing Solutions was so much much lower ....ANDY WAS GREAT..He works hard and has good old fashion values of ""an honest days pay for an honest days work"".. WE would highly recommend this company with 11 star rating..they were that good..WOOHOO it's as good as it gets so you're not going to get better by trying someone else..cut the chase and save time..hire these guys.. You won't regret...wish we would have done it sooner

Came and gave a quote. Set up a day to do the work. Did not show up on scheduled day. Set time for next day. Next day the Employee Arrived late, Very tired and grumpy. Employee talked on his phone for 45 minutes without starting work. Finally i told him to skip it. That's my report of the facts.

I called last Saturday with my water heater down. I was getting the run around from 3 other companies about it being Saturday and parts not available till Monday and because my water heater had age all they tried to do is talk me into a new water heater. When I called plumbing solutions I got a knowledgeable supervisor who got A great plumber out to my home within an hour. Samuel arrived,was professional, courteous and got the job done. I thought my whole experience was excellent. I would recommend plumbing Solutions, and definitely would ask for Samuel. I need other work done and will definitely call plumbing solutions.
