Had a clog in the garbage disposal side piping, and plumbing solutions technician, Anthony, stopped by and helped fix this huge food clog! We appreciate the same day service and he was very clean (especially in the current situation), informative, friendly, and quick to resolve the problem. I contacted Tony at Plumbing Solutions regarding the lack of hot water in the kitchen. Robert came out that afternoon and thoroughly investigated the problem. In the end the temperature settings on a new hot water heater we just purchased was much too low resulting in the problem we were having. He didn't charge us anything and we very much appreciate his honesty and time he spent at our place. I will call Plumbing Solutions first for any of my plumbing needs in the future since it is so hard to find integrity in a person these days.

I have used Plumbing Solutions several times over the past two years and each time they meet/exceed our expectations. We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink on Sunday morning but it was NOT Code Red status. I texted Tony Rebel to simply ask if we could get a plumber out on Monday. To my surprise, he called me within two minutes. He said they were slammed due to the rain storms and could not get someone out on Monday but I told him not to worry because the leak was not that big of deal. (Turned out, it was bad leak.) We scheduled the appointment for Wednesday. He called me at 8:30am on Monday morning and said he could get a plumber out to the house in 30 minutes and sure as heck, Angel Flores showed up just before 9:00am. He fixed the leak, installed a new faucet and garbage disposal because they were worn out. And he replaced some old pipes. He did all of this in two hours and his work was high quality. Angel did a really nice job. Kudos! We'll continue to use Plumbing Solutions and ONLY Plumbing Solutions!! Keep up the great job Tony!!

We hired Plumbing Solutions to install a water softener and remove an old RO system under our kitchen sink. Steve was awesome! He was punctual, knowledgeable, meticulous with his work and cleaned up when he was done. Thank you!

I own a condominium in Laguna Niguel and I noticed that the master bathroom acrylic enclosure pan was starting crack on the bottom. These days you have to buy the whole kit for the 3 sides and enclosures. I went to the Home Advisor site, which emailed me recommendations but Tony of Plumbing Solutions had called and I decided to go him. I was able to communicate and have a quote within a week. I had done my homework and had some ballpark numbers to work with. Tony gave me a quote I could work with, that is fantastic considering I reside in the SF Bay Area.

I communicated with the On Site Supervisor Angel to ensure the job would be done correctly. The team recommended that the drain be replaced and recommended that the doors and faucets were in good shape hence saving me some money. The 3 sides and pan were assemble, positioned and the sheet -rock person completed the job. I was glad how the shower enclosure turned out.

I had another plumbing co. Come out on a problem with the master shower pressure. The company then told me the whole valve had to be replaced which meant tearing out dry wall. At a cost of $900

Angel from plumbing solutions immediately diagnosed the problem with the valve and was able to fix it without tearing out any walls. He change the trap in the valve and the shower worked fine. They saved me a fortune and only charged me $175. They are truly an honest company and their Technician Angel was totally upfront and honest from the get go. I would definitely hire him again.

Our aging and busted water heater, located in a tiny closet *just* large enough to accommodate it, needed replacement. Steve and Tony somehow shoehorned it out and replaced with with a shiny new unit along with a shut-off valve that actually shuts off. They also reinforced the pedestal on which it sits. The job took about four hours and was completed the day after I called. Prompt, personable and professional; I would recommend Plumbing Solutions without reservation.

F**k this place! If they treat their customers like they do their employees I would suggest finding another company to service you. I worked there for 1 and half days before I got fired, all I did was not let myself be belittled and disrespected by Ron a so called Owner/Partner of the company, who you would think would know how to keep a higher standard on how to deal with certain situations and not loose his cool for no reason and then to get mad for not letting him belittle and disrespect me and just down right standing up for myself.
There is a reason why they are always looking for plumbers and I'm pretty sure it all has to do with Ron...

Discovered I had a leak under my kitchen sink last night. Found a hole in my hot water line so I went and picked one up and installed it. Turned the water back on and discovered more water leaking in from where the faucet meets the counter. Turned off the water and went to bed. Called Jeff from Plumbing Solutions who did the plumbing when I built my house in 2007 and have used ever since. He said it sounded like the faucet finally failed and I would need a new one (10 years old). He had Steve from his company give me a call and he was waiting for me when I returned from an appointment at my house. I had picked up a new faucet at Home Depot. Steve had the old one out and the new one in no time (30-40 minutes). He checked for leaks, cleaned up, shook my hand and was on his way. Painless!! I would absolutely recommend Plumbing Solutions to anyone needing work done and guaranty you will not be disappointed.
