Clogged sink on a Friday. Called our Alameda plumbers who said they could come next week. Googled plumbers and found Plumbing Guys in Hayward. They came i under 2 hours and on time. SCAM! We got ripped off pretty bad !!!! They came saw the toilet that was flooded.They charged 600$$$ for running a snake and by the next morning it was still clogged I recieved a bill for 250 for the camera and inspection which was highly over priced that was the second time they came...almost 2.000$ to dig a hole in the backyard because there is roots that get in the way of pipe.then friend and I rented a snake machine at home Depot for 2 hours @60$ rent and ran it ourselfs and alot of shit came out the first two times! And then we did 3d time and it wasn't anything coming out. Which makes us think that they didn't run the snake themselfs or even the camera ! Because it's been almost a year and toilet works fine after my friend an I snaked it just once after them!!!!! And they wanted to dig a hole In backyard for 2000$. Wow

P.s they also took the brand new little snake that goes on the drill which I got from home Depot for around 100$ the day before they came it was in backyard and after they left only the box from it was left. I contacted them about it and never got a response.

Our coop apartment building in Berkeley had a clogged sewer plumbing emergency on Sunday, 6/2, and four apartments had grey water coming up through the tub and shower. Two other companies we tried to reach were not open on Sunday. Christian, from Plumbing Guys responded quickly, within an hour on my call. He drained the backed up water, and found the clog. He let me know there would be an extra charge for the camera inspection, which I agreed to. After examining the line with a camera, and found the break in the pipe. He also cleaned up the basement where the waste water had landed, so that there was no lingering problem with standing grey water. Bravo and Thanks!

Had a leaky Shower faucet. Gustavuu showed up within a half hour with a co worker.they were able to remove the old cartridge and replace it with a new one.Job took about an hour. Good job guys!

Fair prices and honest.

When no other plumber replied to my messages, and wanted to charge me $70 just to inspect the repair, the Plumbing Guys responded right away, and were at my house in 20 minutes - no inspection fee - and finished the job an hour after they came out.

Thank you to Christian Coronado from plumbing guys. From the initial phone call to job completion was approximately one and half hours. He fixed the problem, main line back up, cleaned up the mess from the back up and visually inspected the main line for roots. Very fast and professional.
