Our toilet was clogged so i called this company and they came right away! No longer than 30 minutes they were here. They had a worker named Sergio help with my toilet. It took no longer than 2 hours to do everything! They have very good customer service and really fast. The pricing overall was good. No complications at all 10/10 would recommend. If you ever need help with a plumbing issue this is the company to call! Especially Sergio, really good at his job!

I originally needed a quote for a ADU and I tried calling multiple companies to get one but non of them bothered to answer or return my calls..The office here answered right away, got my plans and gave me an eta for the quote. Was pleasantly surprised when it was emailed the afternoon before anticipated. After looking over the quote everything seemed fair and they definitely got the job. As expected at that point from start to finish the project was done with care and professionalism. Now I'm glad none of those other companies answered.! Thanks Plumbing Guys!

We called The Plumbing Guys on Friday to look at our sump pump when our basement started flooding. They came out quickly and claimed to have repaired the issue (according to them, the connection to the sewer was disconnected) and then left quickly after being paid. But they didn't bother to check the outflow and the pump continued not to work after their ""repair"" so the basement continued to flood. We started calling them to come back right away but they didn't answer or come back for three days. We couldn't get any other plumbers or a new sump pump to come out over the holiday weekend so our basement flooded for three days. By the time they came back our hot water heater had flooded and broken and the basement was under three inches of water.

We spoke to the owner of The Plumbing Guys just now and he said it's our own fault for believing their technician when they said the sump pump was fixed, and they will do nothing to help us. Eventually he offered us a slight discount on further plumbing services but I would never trust this company with my plumbing again. We've had several other plumbers out now who all agree that the pump is and was broken all along and needs to be replaced. Even the technician from The Plumbing Guys who originally said the pump was working fine now says it is ""super old"" and needs to be replaced.

If the technician - literally the same guy! - had said so the first time he came out on Friday, we could have saved over $15k in damages to our house. I have no idea how we will pay for all this. The Plumbing Guys have flooded our house and are defiantly unapologetic and refusing to help fix it. Do not trust them with your home under any circumstances.

Shower clogged. Requested service in yelp last night. Was contacted right away. Someone came this morning and fixed it quickly. Super easy. Will call again if I need a plumber quickly!

This company is unreliable. Initially, they responded right away but it was left up to me to obtain the parts to repair the hot water heater. They promised to return when the parts were delivered but there wasn't any response after several phone calls. Hiring this company is a very bad idea.

I picked this company based on the good reviews on Yelp. I had a very negative experience. They took advantage of the fact that I needed the work done quickly to give me a price that was easily three times what it should have been. Then they did a crap job. I later found out they were operating under a suspended license. When I emailed them to let them know, I never heard from them again. Tells you everything you need to know.

The Plumbing Guys we're great in fixing our main sewage line issue that was creating big problems. Manuel came over quickly and on time to diagnose the issue and helped suggest options on how to fix it, none of which were easy jobs. Once we made a decision to reroute the pipes leading from the house and make a new connection to the main line, Manuel and team were right on it and went to work. They impressed me with how swiftly they got the big job done in short time (one day!). Manuel even came back the next day to check in on the job a day later, which was unexpected but fantastic customer service as well. Five stars in my book.

I came home to find my kitchen leaking water from an unknown source. The water from my kitchen drained to my bathroom, down to my bedroom, and into the garage. The first plumbers I hired misdiagnosed the problem in a rush, and my floors continued to sustain damage from leaking water from an unknown source. I eventually hired new plumbers, the Plumbing Guys and they cut open my bedroom ceiling and immediately found the culprit, leaking copper pipes. Manuel didn't rush, and made sure that there were no other sources of leaking water. The first plumbers made my leak sound like no big deal (even though my house was flooded and my ceiling, bed, and personal property were all destroyed). Manuel + Yaya at the Plumbing Guys were patient and compassionate and also helped me navigate the insurance industrial complex. I will only use the Plumbing Guys from now on!
