I would give them 6 if I could! They two plumbers I have had come to my house over the last few weeks have been amazing! They installed a faucet, toilet, and a tankless water heater. Their prices are very competitive and fair. Their workers are honest and attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns! Their attention to detail is excellent and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called Plumbing Guys for a professional evaluation of my plumbing system that was installed 16 years ago but shows signs of serious corrosion at the joints. Meño came out and gave me honest advice not to replace the system since the situation did not warrant the expense. We had a 29yo water heater finally leak and needed a replacement fast. Checked around Yelp for some water heater installers and got several quotes. With their Yelp 10% discount, Plumbing Guys' price was as much as $400 lower than one of the bids and a good $150 lower than most. They came out the same day, installed the new unit, and hauled away the old one.

Wow what a shocker!! I thought I did my research on finding a honest plumber. That's my take on this zinging anyway. I never got a written quote I did get a verbal and that was a mistake i wont make again. $275 for the first trip that was unsuccessful no big deal its just a clog so they come back the next day and started to do the work and they figured around $2400 or so ouch! So i needed this to be done so go ahead. It turned out to be more work than they thought so when the work was competed i got the invoice $3700 son of a B**** what the F*** so to cost about $400 dollars an hour never again will i do that again with out a written est and if the story is no that's not how we do it RUN as fast as you can. The work looked solid and the workers were nice and professional but the taking in the shorts really changed how i will ever trust any trade with out it in a written estimate again. Oh by the way the owner did change his invoice after all $3350 thanks .
