This was the first time we had experienced plumbing issues in our home. Our main sewer line was unexpectedly backed up causing an overflow in our restroom. We were in desperate need so we found these geeks and they came through clutch! Greg and his team came over the same day to assess and quote us. They provided us with their professional recommendations and suggestions which would help us in the long run. Greg and his team were thorough and detailed in explaining everything. They addressed all of my questions and concerns putting me and my families mind at ease.

Turns out we had some roots in our main sewer line. Thus, offering to install a mainline clean out access point for us. Luckily, they were able to come over and successfully resolve our issue the very next day. They dug and installed two clean out access points, then snaked and hydro jetted the line clearing them out entirely. Executing everything exactly as promised.

I can't thank Greg enough for his honesty, transparency, professionalism and overall kind nature. Special thank you to Danny, Adrian and Elsa for all their hard work on fixing our issue as well. They were very understanding and accommodating.

My one and only experience with Plumbing Geeks was a phone call I made to just get a sense of what *might* be going on at my home, and how much it would cost to diagnose. Basically, I had a noise I couldn't determine the source of, but it was definitely the plumbing. I called Plumbing Geeks and described what I was hearing. I believe it was Greg I spoke with. He gave me two likely culprits for the noise, and told me what they charge for diagnostics and repairs. But at the same time, he suggested I check one thing myself: my toilet tank valves. And by God if he wasn't right!

Plumbing Geeks turned what could have been an expensive service call into a run to the local hardware store for a $15 part. If I ever do need professional plumbing service, these guys have my business.

Be aware they are emergency plumbers and charge a fortune. My jobs were not emergencies but they did not tell me, just charge their call out fee and leave. I have no idea what is a going rate for work I am 64 so although their hourly rate was high I needed some jobs fixed that had been going on for a couple of months.
The two lads were nice enough but did not inform me they were emergency and my jobs were not. They charged for a whole length of copper pipe, used six inches of it and took the rest with them. The work was ok but not sure how secure three joints coming off a main pipe will be for a hose attachment. I will be very worried, one pull and it could cause a leak from any of the multiple joints. I would rather have said do away with that tap, save the hourly cost I paid for it if he had told me it was a problem in that small space. Again, he did not tell me. Anyway, the cost cleared out my account and I feel their morals and honesty need to be wuestioned. Its all about money. I have no idea anout work or tradesmen....I am gutted and have been left with my confidence battered.
