Called to request leak detection (very worried about that) and a couple of other services. I was given a window of 12-2 for Brian's arrival for the next day, and Brian called at 12 to say he'd arrive at 1:00 - how great is that? He arrived on time and quickly determined that there was no leak, and explained how that was determined. Brian then lowered the gas line behind my stove so that it was a better fit and gave me options on another service, which turned out not to be absolutely necessary at this time. I appreciated his honesty, his knowledge and his enthusiasm for plumbing! I wouldn't hesitate to call Plumbing Geek again.

Scheduling a visit online was very easy. There was great communication with the tech. The availability window was small (2 hrs as opposed to 6 hrs with others). 02.09.24; Today, we'll be installing a new toilet and a new garbage disposal. I will update my review based on the completed job.

There was an issue with the initial installation but the owner, Mark, went above and beyond to remedy the issue and even came out to my house to assess.
