One more 5 star for Plumbing Geek.

I am (relatively) new to Concord and needed a plumber for a dishwasher isssue.

Since they had all 5 star ratings and are also in Concord, I contacted them.

I could not be happier......fast, knowledgeable friendly and courteous along with reasonable rates.

What more could you ask?
I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Marco and Brian came out to fix a leak behind the wall. They were professional and respectful the entire time. They took their time to explain things and provided suggestions for future concerns in a no pressure manner. After they left the first day, there was still an issue that needed to be fixed and they came right back out the next day. Mark was responsive to all contacts as the middleman. And Marco didn't come with Brian the second day, but still called to make sure everything worked out. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Marco came to look at our very old (circa 90's) shower leak.
Unit is not supported by Moen any more and parts are no where to be found.
Mark, seasoned plumber joined Marco and was able to replace the gasket spring to stop the leak.
So relieved as it was leaking over a gallon an hour.
Bonus, they wear bootees and remember to turn off lights and stay organized so they don't leave stuff behind.

Our daughter's home insurance required her to have a Moen Water Flo monitor installed at her home in Martinez. Because of her work schedule we helped with scheduling etc. Also, we were required to have Moen Water Flow installed at our home in Penn Valley so kind of knew what was going to happen. Called Plumbing Geek her insurance agent referred them (Farmer's). Called and spoke to Mark and everything went so smoothly from that point on. They were ready to come the next day but we had to wait a couple of days to be there. Marco came out to do the install and what a great guy to work with. Just simply knows his job and troubleshoots anything and it's resolved. After install the next day, had a issue with low water flow and getting hot water. Called Mark again and he was ready to come out in 10 min. What service!! Had to wait until afternoon until someone could be at the house and Marco came back and within 10 minutes they had great and safe water flow and hot water back again. We all recommend Plumbing Geek. They were much easier and faster and was really familiar with the Moen Water Flow monitor and how it worked. Much easier to work with than the plumbing company we had install our monitor. Our daughter now has a plumber she feels confident (and so do we) to come out and tackle any plumbing issues in the future. She has already told her sister so she now has a great plumber to call as well. Thank you Mark for running such an honest and professional company and for hiring Marco who is such a great guy to work with who really knows his stuff. You charged less than the plumbing company we worked with and did more by adding a PVR to Moen monitor. Thank you for making this an easy project!! Tammy (daughter) and Barb and Mike (parents)

Our water heat control valve went out. No hot water ! By a stroke of luck found 'Plumbing Geek.' Long story that I'll skip! I called and gave them all the basic info. The owner sped to the supply house before closing and got the needed part. Came the very next day and installed! Incredible! I can't say enough good things about the owner and Plumbing Geek!
