Our water heat control valve went out. No hot water ! By a stroke of luck found 'Plumbing Geek.' Long story that I'll skip! I called and gave them all the basic info. The owner sped to the supply house before closing and got the needed part. Came the very next day and installed! Incredible! I can't say enough good things about the owner and Plumbing Geek!

Earlier this year, we purchased our first home and shortly after moving in, we ran into a whole bunch of weird plumbing issues. I reached out to Plumbing Geeks, and Brian has helped fixed everything! and has been my go-to plumber ever since!! He is EXTREMELY knowledgable and very articulate when he explains potential plumbing problems and solutions. He is highly professional, and very honest and trustworthy!! He helped solve some strange plumbing issues we experienced, such as sewage backup when we ran our washing machine on high water level, strange sewage smells in the guest bathroom, replacing a faulty toilet and recently diagnosed and fixed a water siphoning issue in our one of toilets! Very satisfied with the service, promptness and proactive text communications. More importantly, I really needed some education from Brian around plumbing for a house that is older (1950s), what I need to look out for, signs of possible leaks before they begin etc. Brian gave me some good insight so that I don't need to wait until something breaks before I fix it.

For example, he suggested waiting a couple years from now, then proactively replacing my water heater before the lifespan runs out. Not that I want to spend money when things are still working, but I do want to prevent problems before they occur, so I asked for his professional opinion and I got the insight I wanted to know.

I feel more educated and I trust Brian's knowledge.

I contacted Plumbing Geek based on Yelp reviews and through Yelp. Mark responded right away and I needed someone here SAME DAY due to sewage problem - plunging the toilet was causing sewage to come through the shower drain! First it happened in one bathroom, then also in the second bathroom! Yikes. Mark responded right away and advised that 2pm was the earliest someone could come out. Brian advised when he was on his way, and walked us through the problem step by steps with specific prices. After 3 hours of investigating, he discovered that due to piping change from remodel of our master bath, we needed to upgrade our sewage clean out from one way to two-way and he had to come back another day. He was able to make a temporary bandaid so we could use our bathrooms until he could come out. When he came back out as promised, he explained everything in detail and advised me on possible ways of protecting myself in the future. Free advice! Lol. I highly recommend Plumbing Geek.

On Friday, Mark stopped by. He immediately figured out the problem. Mark took the time to go to the store to buy a new faucet. Not only that, he sent pictures for my approval.

Mark installed faucet works as it should!

OK, how amazing is this company? I called and 10 minutes later Mark the owner came out assess the problem and saw that I had a clogged bathroom sink. The picture says it all Mark did not try to upsell me or try to go ahead and tell me something that I didn't need he went straight to the root of the problem no Pun intended. But if you know if you have woman in the house, Dino said great job Mark I will never use another company ever again. You are the man..
