Plumbing Expresso was dispatched by American Home Shield to unclog a drain. Even though it was Saturday they responded withing minutes of my placing the service order with AHS and at my home within an hour.

It turns out the work was not covered by my AHS warranty plan. That's OK because warranty coverage aside my experience is that they always dispatch outstanding workmen. This case was no exception.

The technician spent about an hour cleaning out the clogged drain and making sure nothing else was wrong. While I did have to pay out of pocket the resulting charges were fair and the problem hasn't returned.

Do NOT use! Edwin was dispatched to our home to check our hot water heater. He arrives and quotes us a price on the repair.. then he ASKS how much did we think was ""reasonable""? We counter offer with a different price, because of course.. HE ASKED! Edwin turns around and leaves the house. Why would you ask? We were prepared to pay because we need it fixed. But he just leaves? Extremely unprofessional.

We contacted the number we initially called and they said that was their policy? Then tells us to call someone else. He could've simply said it was a firm price and began the repair but he asked what we thought was reasonable! He clearly didn't come to work.. their ""policy"" is ridiculous. Do not use. They will waste your time and you'll have to wait for someone else to come do the job.
