Expensive, $485 to install a dishwasher, really replace a dishwasher, basically take the old one out , attach water and drain and secure the dishwasher, overpriced . Also repairman wouldn't install bottom trim , said he couldn't because water line was in the way. I spent 15 minutes to cut away a bit of insulation and installed it myself. He could of done that . So a big NOOOO for plumbing express response to Ty G Perhaps you can explain to me why it was difficult, the water line already had a flex connection, already had a drain that did not need to be modified and the shutoff valve was readily available in the basement. Also we already had the dishwasher cord and flex connection to the drain. Was it difficult because he had to go to the truck to get an extra tool for the valve? Maybe it was difficult because he had to go back to the truck to get the fasteners for the bottom of the dishwasher because he had them in his trash pile. He was such a great plumber that he thought they were trash. So please tell me how it was difficult ? ALSO EXPLAIN WHY YOU ONLY REACHED OUT TO ME WHEN I POSTED ON YELP AND DID NOT WHEN I COMPLETED YOUR QUALITY SURVEY ? Seems like your more interested in your reputation than customer service.

They pulled a """"no show"""". Confirmed with the office several times during the day, that they would be at my house. They assured me that they would be there that day. They never showed.

I chose plumbing express because it had such high ratings on yelp. I figured if 144 people were happy with them, I would give them a shot. I believe in the wisdom of the crowd. A young technician came out. His name was Kevin. He is a clean-cut southern boy from Fayetteville. A really nice guy and he obviously knows his stuff. I was a little shocked at the price estimate it came in a couple hundred dollars above what I thought but then I haven't had plumbing done in a very long time and I assume that it was market priced. Kevin did an excellent job he is obviously a perfectionist and a used top quality components and everything he did. I will certainly use these people in the future.

Had these guys come out and install a toilet and replace the wax ring on another. The plumber that came out Gareth did a great job and was very professional. I would recommend these guys to work with again.

I hate to give only 3 stars, but we were not fully satisfied with the service. Called plumber to check brown stains on kitchen ceiling as possible water leak from upstairs bathroom. Plumber arrived on time and was friendly. He inspected the stains and our bathroom, and said it was probably not a leak, and then left. After he left, we decided to cut into the drywall and... yep, we found the source of the leak in a pipe connected to the bathroom. I called this company back to explain the problem (and the previous visit from their plumber). No apology was offered and said it would take them 3 days to come back out and look at the pipe. :( we chose another company.

Our home had some slow leaking copper pipes near our water heater and within our crawl space. Had a few local companies come to the home to assess the repairs and quote. Of these, we chose Plumbing Express. For reference, there was no service charge with Plumbing Express to come to our home, inspect, and provide a quote. Despite no service charge, they still quoted competitively with others who did ask for an inspection fee. Within a day, they sent a professional named Dillon to our home for the repair (He also came for the initial inspection). Dillon was on time, courteous, polite, and did very well in explaining the repairs he was making and what he was looking for. In asking him other general questions about our home's plumbing, he took the time to listen and answer them. Inspection of the pipes following the repairs looked great, with all of the leaks fully resolved. We plan to use Plumbing Express in the future for relevant repairs.

Dylan was great. Came out to give us an estimate on a Saturday and the work was done on Monday. He was extremely knowledgeable and punctual. Would definitely use them again.

​ We had them fix a shower filter cartridge because it went from cold to hot too quickly. They fixed it for $280, but put it on backwards - going from off to scalding hot. Despite repeated attempts over a few week period to get the original plumber to fix it, there was no response from that plumber. They sent another guy out. He put it on correctly, but in so doing, caused a leak, messing up our living room ceiling below. To fix the whole problem that THEY caused, they not only didn't refund the original $280, but charged us $550, a """"$250 discount."""" In addition to this, they left us with broken sheet rock in our wall and part of our ceiling needs to be replaced - both of which will have to be painted. Oh, I almost forgot, we couldn't use our shower for weeks! I recognize that a simple problem became complicated and note that each of the plumbers were friendly, but Plumbing Express as a company should stand behind their work. They didn't, and we have been left with an expensive mess to cleanup. UPDATE: The below is a lie. They never offered to refund the initial work - only the aforementioned """"discount."""" Finicky schedule & negative attitude?? My wife and I work full time and it's hard to meet 3 different plumbers 5 different times for the same issue after following up REPEATEDLY... Again, there was NO leak before Plumbing Express touched the shower. We would have left the minor issue, rather than spend just under $1,000 fixing their screw up.

We recently had Trey Pulley from Plumbing Express to our house for a number of projects. We had him replace our water heater, a toilet, our garbage disposal, and repair an outside faucet. His recommendations were great, the prices were quite reasonable, and he gave us great service. He arrive on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. All in all, it was a great experience and we will Call Plumbing Express next time (and request Trey!)

Had a leak in my garage from the bathroom. Jonathan was sent out to take a look. He took his time to make sure he found exactly where the leak was coming from and fixed it in a very timely manner. He was very polite and kind. Will definitely use this company again!
