David Roark with Plumbing Express replaced three hose bib pipes that had burst behind the wall from the recent deep freeze. The locations were tight, they weren't easy to access. He stuck with it, undeterred, and got us up and running again in record time. It's hard to ask for more from a plumbing professional and their company. Pleasant to deal with, highly skilled, shows up on schedule, pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend David Roark and Plumbing Express.

I found Plumbing Express on Yelp and based on the reviews I decided to give them a try. I was able to make an appointment quickly and all questions were answered very clearly. I teach and didn't want to take off. The scheduler informed me that I would make an appointment for the 2-6pm window and someone would call me 30 minutes before my appointment. Well, they didn't call 30 minutes in advance like I thought. Instead, it was 45 minutes advanced notice. AWESOME! This gave me plenty of time to get home, and I didn't have to miss any work. Russell is my technician, and he is GREAT! He was prompt, friendly, and informative. He was clear about what needs to be done and so far the price is reasonable. The job isn't completed, but I'm very satisfied with how things are going so far. Russell got as much done as possible and again being considerate of my time he's already made it clear that he'll work with me to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

Nathan correctly diagnosed my problem and saved me thousands of dollars compared to what alternative plumbing companies were diagnosing/quoting. Moreover, Plumbing Expresses prices service line work was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than competitors. Great work by the friendly Nathan. I'll be using P.E. for future work.

Dave arrived on time every time. The first visit was just to plan out the install, the second visit was to install the tankless water heater and run the new gas and plumbing lines. He was great in answering any questions I had during the install, and even showed me pointers for in the future when we finish the basement. The installed went great! There was part that was left off by accident and most people would be like they would never know, but not Plumbing Express and Dave, the came back out and installed as soon as possible. Which is amazing since I am technically located outside of their normal coverage area. The tankless water heater has been working flawlessly. Thanks again Dave and Plumbing Express for the amazing experience!!!

Anthony was on time & efficient! He removed cast iron piping and replaced it with PCV for us. He also was very kind and considerate.

I don't know if these people are any good or not. He inspected my job about 5 weeks ago, promised a written estimate, and notwithstanding follow-up requests by me for it, still waiting.

Shady! Wouldn't give a quote over the phone for a standard dishwasher install. Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate and complete the work for Wednesday morning only to have Plumbing Express call and cancel at the last second. Rescheduled for Friday for which they show up an hour late. The estimate $415 was MORE THAN 3x the installation charge from a big box store when you buy new. I will never use this company.

Gareth came out the same day I called to fixed simple clogged toilet quickly and efficiently, and left the area clean. Similar job by another plumber cost considerably more. Definitely recommend Plumbing Express!

This is by far the most reliable, fair-priced, honest home plumbing service we have experienced which includes 2-3 others. Garreth is so friendly and most accurately diagnosed our issues. He has solved problems with fixes no one else could or would have offered without basically saying we needed a whole new system. He is pleasant with our kids and conscientious with cleanliness and leaving no trace.
