Amazing service! Was renovating condo out of state and Covid made things even harder. Dylan and plumbing express was incredible! I asked to be called whenever he arrived and not only did he do that, but when we needed to replace a faucet, he went to Home Depot and took photos and sent them in real time for me to choose. I absolutely recommend Dylan--he did a lot of work and also redid the previous plumber's mistakes. Highly highly recommend.

Dylan was my service technician and he was very professional and wore proper Covid19 protection. He was very knowledgeable about the product I purchased as well as the old product I had (garbage disposal). Even though he was there to install a new disposal I quickly learned that my old one was only jammed (which he fixed). I had plumbing express replace all the polybutylene pipes in my house a few months ago. Their quote was higher than a few other places I'd called, but they use cpvc pipes instead of the lower quality pipes that many other companies use. They arrived on time and finished on time, and when I checked my pipes and found a small drip under one of the sinks, they came the same day to fix it. I also greatly appreciate that they called me when they were about to replace the service line to my house and they realized that it had previously been replaced and didn't need to be worked on. They cut my bill down accordingly. Overall they're slightly more expensive, but you get what you pay for! I definitely recommend them!

David Roark was amazing. I had a backup issue where my basement bathroom was flooding out of the shower and base of the toilet. With some expertise and some extra elbow grease, he was able to break up the stubborn clog that was causing the problems. You really can't beat the professionalism and experience that he and Plumbing Express bring. I know in the (hopefully distant) future when I need plumbing work done again, I will use them! Also he stuck to Covid guidelines very well and was very tidy/clean. A+

We have had multiple plumbing issues during COVID - from faucet replacement to outdoor hose bibs leaking. Plumbing Express has done these projects for us safely and efficiently (always wearing mask and shoe covers). Last week, we had a huge problem where our house's waste line would not drain at all. Anthony came out right away to diagnose the problem, which turned out to be tree roots infiltrating our main waste line in the yard. Anthony was conscientious - he even brought the manager out for confirmation - which we really appreciated. They spent time figuring out a multi-tiered approach so as to minimize the damage. Anthony got the utilities marked, got the digging crew out and dug 10 feet down to remove and replace the waste line, which was filled with tree roots (see pics). We were so thankful that they did not have to remove our sidewalk, the stoop, or the basement wall/ceiling/floor! They gave us a reasonable price and Anthony did a great job! We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

David Roark with Plumbing Express did a great job with our plumbing re-work (expansion tank replacement and shower kit and trim installation - both jobs were done incorrectly by the prior plumber) and saved us hundreds of dollars compared to the other quotes we got for the same work. We highly recommend working with him if you have any plumbing needs that you wanted handled correctly and affordably. Also, David wore shoe covers and medical masks the entire time he was in our home. Thanks for being safe!

We had to replace all our pipes and have two clean out lines installed. We received three estimates from different companies and decided to use Plumbing Express. Jason, the technician who gave the estimate and completed the work, was professional and gave honest input about our options. I also spoke to the service manager, Danny, prior to the job, and he was fantastic (and was onsite during the job). All in all excellent experience. I hope after all this we don't have to call a plumber again, but if we do, I'll definitely use Plumbing Express.

Perfect 10 out of 10 experience with our whole house repipe. They were able to repipe in one day and repair the sheet rock and paint in 2 days. The sheet rock repair looks flawless and their fair and straightforward pricing saved us thousands compared to the other three bids we received. Highly recommend Plumbing Express!

This place is a SCAM!! I had just had surgery that day and was vision impaired. The plumber took advantage of that and because one tiny easily replaceable part of my bathroom drain was rusted, he insisted it all needed to be replaced. The replaced parts are installed crooked, and are made from the cheapest plastic I have ever seen. Only now that my vision has recovered can I see how they ripped me off. Do not use this company, I have never dealt with someone so unscrupulous!!!!!
