""Plumber"" came out and I showed him two leaks and one place that needed a better/easier way for me to work with. He came day 1 and gave me a quote, no show on day 2. I called the office and was told he was purchasing supplies. Day 3 he came and I told him everything was worst than when he came and now I have 2 huge leaks. He walked to his car and drove off

Love this company! So professional and personable! Linda called promptly to set up an appointment, same day no less! The window I was given was reasonable (1pm-3pm). She called when the tech was enroute. How nice to have a heads up to his arrival. John showed up and was friendly and polite. He diagnosed our kitchen faucet quickly and efficiently. He got the necessary parts to replace our dingy ole kitchen faucet (Moen name brand with a lifetime warranty through Moen!) and had it professionally installed in no time. And this was all through our home warranty. Surprised? I'm not. The is business knows how to make a customer happy, even through a home warranty. Kudos to you both, John and Linda. We WILL be calling you for our plumbing needs. Thank you!!

Plumbing Express was hired by our home warranty company. James came out to fix our problem (back up causing flooding every time water went down any drain). He barely spoke to me and began walking in and around our house. After two and a half hours, he said the problem was fixed and our water was working. He also complained multiple times about the lack of a two-way clean out at the street. He was a bit more polite when I asked for an estimate for the clean out installation (surprise, surprise... That work would have to be paid out of pocket after all). A few hours after he left, water continued to pour out of the laundry drain... The problem wasn't fixed after all! When I called the home warranty company to complain, James' report to them didn't match what he told us. He told them he couldn't fix the problem without the clean out installation. Since we would now be forced to pay out pocket, we called a different company. Their friendly and polite plumber fixed the problem in less than an hour.

Rude. Unprofessional. Condescending. Late to appointment. Lacked knowledge and common courtesy.

Denied seeing a leak when water was visibly dripping from valve. Got back in his truck, shut the door, and ignored us for 10 minutes before giving us an invoice for the service fee (through home warranty) and informing us that our warranty didn't cover his services. The invoice said ""no leak."" When he attempted to help, he actually made the leak worse.

We were sent this company from our home warranty and I must say this is the worst customer service we have seen so far. The guy came in to look for
Leak in our crawl space and he entered the house be asked me questions to confirm if there is leak or not. And based on sound I described he simply said there is no leak. I asked him to at least go in crawl space and look for leak because we know that there was leak happening. This guy was so hesitant to go and then just went for 2 mins and came back and said there is no leak. He knew nothing and was probably just know to fix faucet stuff etc. We had to call some other plumbing service without insurance and they identified and fix the leak. With poor customer service, rude behavior and lack of any knowledge, they don't even deserve single star. Does not recommend these guys at all.

Through our home warranty company, we had Martin come out for our water heater which stopped working. He diagnosed the problem as a broken part, checked Home Depot for the part, ordered the part, and then came back on his day off (the day before New Year's Eve) to install it. We were very grateful for his extra effort.

If negative stars were possible I would give that. Felipe is terrible he was sent out by our home warranty people to fix a leak under our slab we were told it would take two days we didn't mind because we were in a hotel. First thing he tried to do was tell us he wasn't going to tape anything off and that he wasn't responsible for the dust or debris on anything. So I started taping things off with plastic and then once he realized I wasn't going to stop he decided he would help and thank god because once he started cutting into the slab the hallway we taped off was completely filled with thick dust. Then it started to get really late at night we can't eat at our house we didn't have running water so around 600 we said we would have to wrap it up so my husband could eat and get ready for bed he has to wake up at 420am for work we also have a baby and he was hungry and getting restless he told us a little longer by 7 we were begging him to leave he told us he wouldn't be able to come back for a couple days so he had to finish by 8 my husband was going to kick him out of our house he wasn't going to leave and kept telling us he wouldn't be able to come back for weeks. At 930pm he was finally done and come to find out he was scheduled to come back out the next day he just didn't want to drive and all his company had to say was he is just stubborn. I will never have them come out again I don't care if the home warranty wants to send them again never ever!!!!!!!

This company doesn't even deserve that one star. I have never been so disappointed. First of all we had to use the company due to a home warranty that had sent them out to us due to the fact our water heater was leaking. We hade hot water initially before they came. When he left we had no hot water. I called the company to ask what had happen a Linda who answered the phone in the office supposedly the manager had this nastiness to her of no other. So repulsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In addition to her hanging up on me. I asked for the owner to call me back and I have yet to heard anything. Granted this is from yesterday. So mad and

We have had 3 different plumbers to our home in the last 2 and a half months for plumbing problems that they could not fix or even diagnose correctly. Today Stephen with Plumbing Express came to our home and was able to fix all the issues! We cannot rate Stephen high enough!
