We have a home warranty service through Fidelity. Our downstairs toilet was blocked in the pipes underneath since our laundry machine was also backed up/wouldn't work. We were first assigned Amazing Plumbing and Rooter and they had absolutely horrible service and just wanted to get us to pay for extra things that our warranty wound not cover. So luckily (after some effort) I was able to get another opinion by James. He was AMAZING!!! He spent a lot of time trying to find our clean out system (the first plumber didn't really bother looking for it and was asking me if we had one/where it was...I don't even know what that is!). Then after that, he spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue and was able to fix the problem. He even bent one of his cables (sorry about that!) in order to help us out. He gave me advice and explained the whole issue in plain and simple terms. I would highly recommend him and we will definitely be using him in the future for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you a million times over James! We appreciate your kindness, integrity, honesty and hard work!

My experience with this company is in line with over half the reviews down this list. Technician came out, couldn't fix issue, suggested a real company/fix. How absolutely ridiculous is that!

To be more in depth; my home warranty company dispatched a technician from Plumbing Express to repair a leaking shower which was also damaging the drywall. He showed up during the appointment window, took a few things apart, complained about the previous installation & then put it back together. When the shower continued to leak, he stated that he could not find the parts to fix the issue & that my home warranty would send someone else out.

When following up with the warranty company, I found out that the technician blamed the leak on a ""previously existing issue"" then causing the warranty company to question their responsibility in the matter. With out the correct documentation, I would have been SOL! Now that's a dirty bag move & I highly recommend passing on Plumbing Express. They seem to have the express part down, just no idea how to fix any plumbing.

Btw, a quick name/finish search on google found me all the parts needed for the shower faucet.

I was skeptical about my experience after seeing a lot of negative reviews. But all my worries were gone as soon as I spoke with Martin (the technician from plumbing express). He is very professional, courteous and took his time in explaining all his work. Did his work very diligently, cleanly and fixed the plumbing leak in one visit. I am very impressed and highly recommend - Martin. I hope all other technicians at this company are just like Martin.

I had a terrible experience with plumbing express. I would never recommend anyone to take their services. Most unprofessional incompetent and rude people I have ever came across.The lady on phone is very rude and unprofessional . Fidelity National Home Warranty send them to attend my service request.The technician from plumbing express who came in to attend my service request is so incompetent that instead of solving the problem he created other damage to my property, which we realized later after he left.And later he never picked up the phone.

My home warranty assigned this company to come to my house to fix a leak in a bathroom sink. Two days later, I still had not heard from them, whereas they are supposed to call back within 24 hours to set up an appointment. I called their number on the 3rd day, the lady on the phone said that they would not be available before the following week. Never bothered to call me and inform me on this.
Very unprofessional and total disregard for the customer. Stay away from this company

We ended getting a hacksaw and cutting the handle off the bathroom fixture. We were then able to replace the cartridge and get a new handle. All for about $80. The plumbers our warranty company sent us wanted to do about $4,000 in completely unnecessary work.

Steer clear from this business. My home warranty company scheduled a visit out. To summarize the visit, John couldn't do a damn thing and wouldn't even pull my toilet to snake my line. Guess it wasn't worth it to them. The very next day I had a guy out and he did everything he needed to do to find my problem. I'm including a note that their technician John left me, letting me know that I need a real plumbing company that can snake my sewer line from my pulled toilet. Any plumbing company or plumber that I called should know how to effing snake my line from a pulled toilet. Do not, I repeat do not hire these jokes for a plumbing company.

This is a horrible company. Our home warranty company uses this business as their vendor. I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from this company. After speaking with a phone representative for a scheduled appointment, the day of-if we wouldn't have called them to ask for an ETA we would have never figured out that they never booked us. After calling them to try and figure the situation out since it was their error, they would not accommodate the error they created. I had to take the work day off for them to come and just to find out they are not coming and the representative had the nerve to give me attitude over the phone like it was my fault is appalling I am reporting them to my home warranty and urge you to not use this company and find a different company.
