Yesterday our washing machine backed-up so we called Plumbing Express since we have used them before. Linda answered the phone promptly and scheduled a technician between 10:00 AM and 12:00, same day. He showed up at 10:00 AM. We were very happy with the results.

As with others the home warranty repair company sent this company out. The person 'Diagnosed' the problem by listening to what I had done myself and calling his buddy to ask what to do. In the end all he did was call the home warranty repair company and say that it wasn't 'mechanical' failure and justify not covering the repair. The guy didn't even try turning the unit on and obviously had absolutely no clue how to fix a tankless water heater at all.

If you have a home warranty you may be stuck with this company but if you don't then call someone else.

This was a whole lotta backup in the work of the guy! Not sure who I am more upset with: my home warranty or this company that didn't even do a mediocre job in draining the pipes. Felipe looks at the water in the shower, mumbles a thing or two goes outside and tries to snake the drain with a rusty snake cleaner. Didn't really put any elbow grease on it and calls it quits 10 minutes later. Home warranty calls and says it wasn't possible and I am on my own.

Luckily Turbo Plumbing was next choice. Brent came out, reassessed the situation and took charge! So glad we called Turbo Plumbing. They did the same work but only finished it!

My home warranty company set me up through Plumbing Express. I left work early today to be home for my 3-5pm time slot and the plumber didn't call until 5:45pm. I originally wrote this review after calling Plumbing Express and leaving a message around 5:15, so I am coming back to update. He did show up and fix our leak and will be returning to change out some fixtures as it was too late by time he was finished. I will update again after that happens.

This company was called from my home warranty company. I fired them after their inspection before they did the work. What didn't sit right with me were two things:
!. The office woman was belligerent, to me, the customer. She did not listen to me and yelled at me and cut me off several times. This is a first experience I had with ANY company treating me this way. I was rattled!
2. When they came out, they told me it was going to be $780 over the coverage of the warranty. After getting a second company to come out, the overage cost was $280. That's an immediate savings of $500!
I hope they no longer have this angry woman in their front office. They are not served by her. (NOTE; I usually write kind, wonderful reviews. I put this one down as a necessary review to save you from their wrath).

ZERO STARS - This company was sent to us via our home warranty company.
Stay away from this company at all costs as they will lie and rip you off! 2 different techs came to my house and BOTH tried to tell me I needed new tests and or new plumbing etc. that I know I didn't need. When I asked the tech to please speak to my husband, he got very upset and did not want to talk with him. They are unethical and will do and say anything to upsell you bad, bad, bad.
They show up in beat up old vans with no company logo, etc.
The techs have no idea what they are talking about and are rude and downright nasty and insulting. They will do everything they can to continue service calls rather than be honest and fix the problems.
Stay away!

Plumbing Express was called by Home warranty to come out due to a slow drain in my Master bathroom. The Plumbing Express Guy had white van that looked over 15 year old with no Company Logo. The guy looked like he came right off the street and was homeless. He looked at my stink and said right off that this looked very hard, he start to snaked the drain for 5 minute and said he could not do it. He than stated we would need to break the wall and get on the roof.This was same drain that was snaked before by another company I requested to come out to my home, but the Home Warranty said they would send out Plumbing Express.

This guy was the most unprofessional person I has ever met for any company that was send out by my Home Warranty, I called the Home warranty and they said in there conversation with the guy that he was rude to them.

I have the Company that I wanted coming out on Friday.

Be very careful with this company!

Well the Superior Plumbing just came to my house and was done in 20 minutes! My Master Bedroom sinks are now working. They are simply Out Standing!!! Thank you Mark of Superior Plumbing!!!

P.S The snake would work if you snake the right sink. The Plumbing Express guys was not snaking the right which is where main-line was.

Never in this lifetime would have Plumbing Express at my house.

I currently had my water heater start leaking on me in my new used 1942 home here in Yadayadayada. I called my home warranty company, Old Republic, and they dispatched the job to this company Plumbing Express.
Plumbing Express sent this older guy named John to inspect the job. The only John in the company he claims. The first question he asks as he walks out of his truck is ""Is the waterheater in the garage?"" I said ""No"" in the house. It was downhill from there-the black cloud he brought followed and he just kept muttering negativity about the problem with these older homes and this and that. As I showed him the problem, he was already complaining about the job for his crew. He used every excuse there is from:

""It's an inch too tight""
""We're strictly a plumbing company, we don't do anything else""
""You may have to cut out part of the closet to fit one in""
""They must have put the heater in after they installed the Waterheater"" (funny because the heater was 13 years old and the waterheater was 9 years old)
""It's going to take a lot of manpower""
""The access is bad for us to get to, you may need an HVAC guy to cut them lines before we could do our job""
""We're booked all month""
""You definitely won't have hot water for about a week or 2""
""I don't understand why anybody would put a waterheater in their hallway closet and not in the garage""
etc, etc


He was so ridiculously lazy.. It's an OLD HOUSE and what's done is done. Figure it out old man. If you say you've ""done your time"" in this field than show some confidence in your people to get the job done.
Made himself look like an idiot. He's basically working for the company to collect the $60 copay for his laziness. I can't believe a company would allow an idiot to represent their company. Their company is now on my ""Do not call use these people"" for anything with my Home Warranty. I even had to settle with Old Republic for their rate and hire outside. I hope you all don't hire Plumbing Express because they can't tackle anything and they'll waste your time.

They basically have a contract with Old Republic to simply just collect Trade Service Fees. Nothing will actually get done by them.

**This morning at 7am I hired a contractor that came in, inspected, and was so confident that his crew could knock it out in 3 hours. They actually finished in a little over 2 hours and said that was the easiest thing they've done in a long time. Very clean, efficient, respectful, reputable, and not limited to just plumbing. Message me if you would like their info.

Just had the worst experience from this company. If I could give negative stars I would. This company was assigned my work order through a home warranty program. The plumber showed up and refused to do the work because it looked too difficult. He then said that he couldn't believe anyone would live here! Seriously? It's one thing to be lazy but you insult my house as well? Unbelievable.
