Steer clear from this business. My home warranty company scheduled a visit out. To summarize the visit, John couldn't do a damn thing and wouldn't even pull my toilet to snake my line. Guess it wasn't worth it to them. The very next day I had a guy out and he did everything he needed to do to find my problem. I'm including a note that their technician John left me, letting me know that I need a real plumbing company that can snake my sewer line from my pulled toilet. Any plumbing company or plumber that I called should know how to effing snake my line from a pulled toilet. Do not, I repeat do not hire these jokes for a plumbing company.

This is a horrible company. Our home warranty company uses this business as their vendor. I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from this company. After speaking with a phone representative for a scheduled appointment, the day of-if we wouldn't have called them to ask for an ETA we would have never figured out that they never booked us. After calling them to try and figure the situation out since it was their error, they would not accommodate the error they created. I had to take the work day off for them to come and just to find out they are not coming and the representative had the nerve to give me attitude over the phone like it was my fault is appalling I am reporting them to my home warranty and urge you to not use this company and find a different company.

Very disappointed with their communication and service. First they showed up on the wrong day. Then on the date of the actual appointment, they did not show up during the 2 hour window they told me they would. The next available reschedule time was 1 month later. They do not take responsibility for anything.

A technician came to my house to service a noisy recirculating pump. He was pushing buttons in my boiler and ever since (2days) I have not hot water! When I called them to come fix it, I was told the technician does not know how to work on boilers and suggested I get another company to come fix it. Seriously???

I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake?

Old Republic Home Warranty connected us to their in network service provider. Martin was on time, professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done. We had plaster ceilings which required special tools so Martin came back after the plaster had been opened and again took the time to walk us though the problem. The rusted shower basket causing the leak was not covered under warranty and needed to be changed by a contractor (tiles needed cutting) but Martin didn't just bee line it for the door after the warranty people delivered the bad news. Martin took the time to walk us through the issue and made sure we understood why it couldn't be fixed on the spot. I would highly recommend Martin.

I was hesitant about contacting this company due to some bad reviews, but my fears were unfounded. Mike was exactly on time, and took care of the issue quickly, explaining the problem, and also replaced a hose that was not part of the problem, but which he felt was constructed of faulty material and could cause future leaks.(I did not have to pay additionally for that).

I believe many negative reviews are based upon clients unhappy with what is covered by insurance companies and often take their displeasure out on the contractor.

He was very knowledgeable and thorough and took care to check every single possibility while trying to figure out our plumbing problem. I am new with a home warranty given to me when I bought my house. They sent out Plumbing Express and I couldn't have been more pleased they came out same day as I placed my claim and fixed the issue same day ! The plumber was very nice and helpful and walked me thru everything he was doing so I would understand everything that was wrong and what he was fixing. I would recommend using them even if it is not thru a home warranty they got a customer for life with me.
