Garbage disposal broke, actual pieces flew out of drain. Plumber came out during scheduled time, replaced unit in 30 minutes and replaced all connections. Great service, easy to connect with.

I called my warranty company 1st American Home Warranty requesting a plumber. They assigned Plumbing Express. Plumbing Express contacted me right away and made an appointment for Tuesday 7/23/24 that worked for me. James, from Plumbing Express, arrived within the two hour window and evaluated the situation noting additional parts needed to be ordered. Plumbing express called the next day 7/24/24 to set up the second appointment for the new parts to be installed. Once again, James arrived within the window for the appointment 7/27/24 and skillfully completed the installation and repair. He was polite, informative, friendly, swift and efficient. I am grateful that my warranty company choose Plumbing Express and that Plumbing Express choose James. I highly recommend Plumbing Express.

This company was referred to me by my home warranty company. worst experience ever!!! the technician came out three times and couldn't figure out what the problem was.I finally got my home warranty to replace the disposal, but this company then tried to blame a 'foreign object"" as the issue and my home warranty company denied my claim.
My husband and I were both present when the technician came out and said the foreign object was food which is normal for a disposal to dispose of.
On top of that, the service technician said that if the warranty company approved the disposal replacement that he could do some side work and remove some additional wires for cash only! What type of Shady company is this?

Whoever answered the phone for this company needs to go back to customer service training. She was condescending and needs to be terminated in my opinion!!
makes you wonder what type of people they are hiring there.

I was dispatched through my home warranty company to Plumbing Express today. I placed the quick claim as soon as I saw it was accepted I called them (even though it said they would contact me).
I didn't catch the gal's name that I spoke to but she was extremely helpful, professional and if it weren't for talking through my issue... I may have been waiting 2 weeks for a repair. Unfortunately, their business was booked until after Thanksgiving. She recommended I call the home warranty and have the claim dispatched to another company that had time today.
The issue was resolved.

The reviews on here are probably real, and how that person was feeling at the time of visit.
I recommend giving them a chance.
When your claim is filed and it says they'll contact you...contact them.
As long as you have all your information why not take the next step?

The gentleman was prompt and quick. Fidelity warranty chose this business and im glad they did because they were able to solve the issue with my garbage disposal. The guy with the beard was really nice too.

My garbage disposal won't work so I called my home warranty company First American. They assigned my job to Plumbing Express and provided me with the number. I called and the phone rang and rang and then hung up on me.

They are one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I have an active leak they made me wait seven days to assess the problem and once they got approval to fix it, they said they can't come out for another 14 days. They said they didn't care about an active leak and that is causing secondary damage they canceled on me because I was assertive and give them a little attitude. Apparently Stephanie and Jasmine can't handle that. Then when I asked to speak with the owner, they assured me she would call either Friday or Monday. The owner never called me. They never gave her the message and then tell me that the owners out for family emergency all of a sudden. They don't know what they're doing they're rude and this is just my first attempt to let people know how this company treated me. I'm calling the federal trade commission to open a review and I'm running a letter to the Better Business Bureau.

They canceled on me the morning of my appointment and had no regards that I had taken off of work. Referred by my home warranty Fidelity which I was not happy at with them on how they handle my claim.

Our toilet was leaking continuously. I contacted my home warranty provider, Fidelity National. They referred me to Plumbing Express. It was delayed we had to wait a week for them to come but Martin who came was very good and not only helped me address the issue, he found the leak was from two toilets and fixed them both. Some times people miss out and fix one and not the other. He also educated me on a few things that i was unaware of. He was very polite, cleaned up everything very well after he was done. Will definitely recommend Martin.
