We've used plumbing express several times for different projects and have always been pleased with their service. Dave was out this past week to install to faucets and reconnect the disposal after having new countertops installed. He was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job.

Dave T was great! He installed a new sump for me and was very informative. There was a minor issue with the orientation of the pump that we were unable to catch upon initial installation, but he came back as soon as he was able to and corrected the issue in about 5 minutes at no cost.

Plumbing Express has been my plumber of choice since moving back to Lilburn 7 years ago. They have fair prices and never tried to upsell when it isn't necessary. That alone is a good reason to use the company, but if you want one of the best plumbers, I recommend asking for Dave Tzikas. Not only is he knowledgeable, he will make sure every job is done correctly even if it means running around town to get materials. He has great bedside manner, and is the first plumber I've hired who wanted to do a job """"right"""" even if it was more annoying for him.

Our old shower had a consistent link that would keep my husband up at night and we couldn't get it to stop. We had plumber, Daniel Edwards from Plumbing Express come to check it out. Both times he came when he had a cancelation and was able to come the same day we had an issue. He was very thorough in measuring the water pressure to see if that was causing the issue and was able to tighten the shower handles and consulted about the shower head and warned we may need to change it if the problem continued. He was very honest about the issues and possible solutions to fix it as well as costs involved. I would call him whenever we have issues because he is very trustworthy and knowledgeable about plumbing.

David Roark with Plumbing Express replaced three hose bib pipes that had burst behind the wall from the recent deep freeze. The locations were tight, they weren't easy to access. He stuck with it, undeterred, and got us up and running again in record time. It's hard to ask for more from a plumbing professional and their company. After living in Atlanta for a little over 11 years we finally found """"our"""" plumber! Plumbing Express is always quick to respond and have been great from our first phone call to our last service call to replace two hot water heaters. Daniel Edwards showed up at the designated time and we were happy to see him since he made the last service call to our house. Daniel came with Rod and they both were professional and courteous. Daniel explained absolutely everything that needed to be done and also what to expect while he was working on the water heater replacements. Daniel and Rod both wore booties the whole time they were working and took care to be careful on the hardwood floors-meaning no scratches! After the job was completed Daniel did a walk thru with us and took his time explaining things about the water heater we did not know . Super responsive and timely. Discovered leak in basement from main service line on Wednesday and by Friday they had a new service line installed from the water meter at the curb to the house. The issue was entirely resolved in about 5 hours. Involved digging up the yard (and putting it back together!) and installing new pipe to basement. Andrew was super patient with me and explained everything multiple times!) Great crew, very efficient, affordable and the new water line comes with 7 year warranty!
