The service was good. My technician David was totally professional, on time, and knowledgeable. I had a leak in the walls due to a punctured water line and David fixed it in about 30 minutes. I thought the labor was a bit expensive at $550, but I didn't have the time to shop around or fix it myself, so I agreed to the job. The only reason why my review is not five stars is because I had an issue with a smelly shower drain that he couldn't figure out and he left my shower head loose, but besides that all was good.

These guys were really good. They were easy to get a hold of, easy to schedule, prompt, and did a great job. The value of what I had to pay for was matched in service and results. Definitely using them again.

I have had work done before by Plumbing Express. They installed my water heater and did a great job then. This time I needed to have two toilets replaced in my home. The dispatcher was very polite and informative. They were very accommodating to my schedule to send someone. Adam was prompt and polite. He gave us a great estimate and because we bought our own toilets he was immediately able to begin installment. I also had Adam look at some other things we might want to get done (new faucet install and new shower head) and he was very happy to do so. The installation was quick and he did an amazing job, he also cleaned up. He gave me good advice on a inexpensive vacuum to help with water spills. His service set a great example for Plumbing Express. I will always call Plumbing Express for my plumbing issues for sure. Thank you very much Adam.

BAIT AND SWITCH First of all, they claim they give """"free"""" quotes, that is not the case. We called PE for an appointment for a few things that seemed to be awry in our home. I addressed my concerns with the tech, Adam, and before things even got started he let us know that over $200 would be the fee for the day BEFORE he could begin, but would be """"applied"""" to whatever work was done. At this point, we were stuck, so decided to go ahead an proceed. After diagnosing a hot water heater replacement, and checking the meter with my husband, he ignored the other major concern I addressed. When I called to ask if they would come back out to our home, and address the other issue, I got ignored. In addition, the quotes are higher than other companies, and it cost us more than our original quote from another company.

Reliable, professional, and understanding. Customer service: David came to my house to service my water heater. He came right on time, and got straight to work. He asked a couple of questions about my issue and literally fixed the issue in 2 or so minutes. I was shocked. He really knows his stuff! I ended up calling this company because another plumber wasn't reliable with timing. I'm really glad that I did. Dispatcher: I don't remember her name, but she was really knowledgeable as well. When I told her my issue, she put me at ease because she ended up being correct about the solution after all. Very nice and patient, and when she called me to confirm the appointment, she was very professional. Would I recommend? Yes. Would I use them again? Yes.

terrible customer service. they gave me a 4 hr period. i told them my tenant would be at the house .they never came ..my tenant took off work. but they did apologize for the inconvenience.i'm sure my tenants creditors and employers will have the same understanding if she gave them a apologize.. i would never recommend this type of business to anyone

Scheduled appointment between 2-6pm. They were a no show and no call. I understand we're in a pandemic, but I waited and didn't even get a courtesy call.

Amazing service! Was renovating condo out of state and Covid made things even harder. Dylan and plumbing express was incredible! I asked to be called whenever he arrived and not only did he do that, but when we needed to replace a faucet, he went to Home Depot and took photos and sent them in real time for me to choose. I absolutely recommend Dylan--he did a lot of work and also redid the previous plumber's mistakes. Highly highly recommend.
