I needed a few projects done around my house shortly after I bought it. I found Rob and his team after asking around and got a referral. It was a very good choice.

Rob came out the following day with his apprentice. He provided me a written quote on site which was so refreshing to not have to wait a week and then maybe get the quote. It was just right there!

The best part was that he was able to do the work right away! Took him about 3 hours to replace my water heater and toilet. He left a quote for my hose spigot and faucet which I'm going to have him do next month after I get paid again.

You can't go wrong with this company. Good people all around!

Quick service and would have been reasonably priced if the work had actually been completed. (I would have called them back, but they weren't particularly professional, so it's likely faster just to take a trip to the hardware store).

Overall not impressed and will definitely be going elsewhere for future plumbing needs.

Unfortunately, I had 3 leaks in a month. First the shower floor, then pex pipe and then ABS pipe. I called Plumbing Masters NW and every time Robert came to rescue my house in a timely manner. He is a professional plumber and knows what he is doing. He always left with a perfectly done work. His fee is not lowest, but reasonable and worth the quality of the work. With no doubt I will call him again if I have more plumbing issue (but hope not).

Robert and his son where professional, efficient and very reasonable. I dreaded using a plumber but really needed one and when I saw there truck in my neighborhood, called and found out they will come give a quote for only$25 bucks I was so happy. Robert easily fixed a leak under kitchen sink and didn't charge me for it. Main leak was a bigger problem and so I was glad I called rather than use a handyman off of Craigslist. Fee seemed very reasonable for the work they had to do. His son was nice enough to video tape, in my craw space, where my main water turn off was which was. Very friendly son and father team!

I had a big project that included coordinating with two different water municipality providers, putting in all new water lines, disconnecting from the old system and capping it, putting in new pipes, and connecting to the house system. He also put in a tie-in outdoors. Robert and his staff were professional, quick, and efficient. I'm happy with the results and recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

When the chips are down, you find out who your friends are! Robert and Plumbing Masters NW pulled our chips out of the fire when our entire drain system backed up. After making the rounds to the big rooter guys who won't give you a price until they are there at your home and think they have you over a barrel by adding on services we asked Robert to come over and evaluate and solve the problem for a reasonable fee. Plumbing Masters NW quickly responded and just as quickly figured out how to solve the problem and did so just a quickly. We were very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing problem.

Had a leak underneath my toilet. Scheduled a visit with Rob at 4pm same day which was great
Unfortunately ended up coming around 7. With that said i was updated with the delay way ahead of time so didn't need to leave work early. This is better than most that would not let you know. I liked it.
Once arrived he got straight to work. Immdeatly identified the problem and fixed it was friendly, clean, and professional.
I hope i never need to use a plumber again, but if i do, i will be calling him.
