Plumbing experts were the first available of the 3 different companies I had called to give an estimate on 2 gas lines being run in our home; each from the meter, one for our bbq on our back deck, the other to our gas range in the kitchen.

We had requested that we have 2 estimates written up: one with the bbq line and one without. This was stated when the appt was made over the phone as well as requested to the tech when he was here.

Unfortunately neither estimate was sent for over a week.

The receptionist/PM Roxanne who I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and accommodating. She got the estimate emailed to me quickly after requesting it, but then I had to contact them again in order to get the additional estimate that didn't have the bbq line included.

Of the 3, these guys were the most expensive estimate I received for the work. The cost was 2x more than the mid price option.

They may do great work, but we didn't get that far. I guess there is a reason people tell you to shop around for plumbing work!

Thank you guys so much for getting our main water connection fixed ! We will tell everyone about you guys. After calling numerous plumbers (even ones we have used in the past) they would not even schedule a time. You guys did a wonderful job. If anyone needs a plumber this group should be your go to guy!!!

I've used Rob before when my upstairs bathtub decided to leak down through my kitchen ceiling, and he did a great job identifying the problem and fixing it up. This time, I hired him to replace a leaky faucet in my kitchen. I had already purchased the new faucet on Amazon and he had it installed in no time. He also loves dogs, so scored major points with my lab/shepherd mix, LOL. Would highly recommend!

Great service and friendly installers who work quickly and honestly.

I had my water heater replaced. I did some research and got a few bids on Yelp. Some said to just send them a picture of my current water tank and they would reply with a quote. Other said they'd like to schedule for two or more weeks out. Not only did I hear from AAA water heaters first, but they also offered a pretty fair price! I'll say it wasn't necessary the cheapest but the cheapest also only asked for brand and model info. Not strap or base setup/conditions, so I assume they would've gone up in price as those were some things that were due to be done as well.

Also when asking about of tankless heaters. (My master tub can aalmost drain a tank per fill, for example.) They listened and listed the pros and cons of it all and let me make a decision without pressure. (My houses setup required a couple situations resulting in a couple thousand dollars difference, just to install, so it was also an easy choice. But was grateful for the intel and not them just taking that as a ""I want a tankless"" and charging later.)

Overall my experience has been great with them.
So much I had them come back a couple weeks later and help with a drain in my kitchen. Surprise! Same great service men came by and found a tampon in the kitchen sink drain?!?! Whaaat Lol

They were great, you'll love them.

I called these guys in the middle of the night after a water heater had ruptured at my condo. It was freezing cold outside in the 30s and there was water pouring out of the deck closet. The hot water had stopped working in my house and water was pouring out and flooding. I did not know what to do but they came out right away and we're kind and courteous. They also helped me move all necessary furniture when they came the following day, yes the following day to put in the water heater. Fast efficient service. They took care of the water heater and even were kind enough to go down and talk to the neighbor to check her place to make sure there was no damage done. I would highly recommend these guys fast courteous and professional! It's nice to know there is a good 24-hour plumber in the area.

We began a bathroom remodel of our 1950s rambler and in the course noticed lots of small rocks in the sewer line. We called PE NW and they came out to perform a camera inspection of the sewer line. They arrived promptly and we were able to view the video with the plumber as he performed the inspection. The results of the concrete sewer pipes being buried for 60 years wasn't pleasant. In the end, here's what we really appreciated in choosing PE NW to replace the line:

1) They offer/explain the available options. We could choose the cheapest (in the short run) or more expensive (saving money down the line). All of the benefits and drawbacks were very adequately explained to us and we felt very comfortable with any choice (no pressure).

2) They communicate very effectively and timely once a decision is made. We understood the timeline and all of the processes involved.

3) They work fast. The crew removed (entire sidewalk) dug out and replaced the necessary pipes in very short order and we were able to carry on with the remodel.

We really appreciate PE NW's approach to doing business and very highly recommend them.

Quick service, which is hard to get in this area, so I definitely appreciate that. The gentlemen that came out were about 20 minutes late, but it was an 8am appointment so there was probably traffic to contend with. The major downside was the cost. I was quoted over 450 dollars to change out about 6-8 inches of copper pipe. Seemed fairly unreasonable considering I provided the hose bib and already cut away the drywall to expose the plumbing. The tech just had to cut the existing pipe and crimp the new length into its place. If I had more time to spare I would have tried to get a few more quotes. At least the work is done and I don't have to worry about it anymore.

After waiting for my landlord to get things done, I took it in my own hands and call Plumbing Masters NW. That arrived on time and got straight to work. Repairs were done in a fast and professional manner. I would not online recommend this company to everyone I know, but have them back if I ever need more work done. Robert and his helper were amazing. Thanks for your wonderful work, it's so nice having hot water again

I was looking to get a gas line installed to a patio and was having them give me an estimate.

The one star is because no one ever told me there would be a charge for someone to come out and give me an estimate. I received two prior estimates and neither charged me for the 10 minutes they spent with me. Granted, it was only $27.50, but still a poor business practice to not make your customer aware of it ahead of time.

They were also WAY off on their estimate. They wanted 5x more than any of my other quotes. $500 setup fee and $100 a foot for black pipe is completely unreasonable. From Lowe's a 10' 3/4"" black pipe is $22 or $2.20 a foot.

EDIT: How you handle a one star review says more about you than any of your 5 star reviews. Stop lying and own up to it. When people read this now, they're not going to see that you handled a one star review well, they're going to see you arguing on the internet.

Here's the response you should have given:

""Sorry about the mixup, we try and make it a practice to make sure all of our customers know about the dispatch fee ahead of time. We'd be happy to refund you the fee or apply it to any service you perform with us. Give us a call and we'll work it out. Thanks!""

That's literally all it would have taken, not the phone call or text or private messages where you are clearly just trying to get me to remove the review.

Best of luck. I hope for your company and employees sake that you learn how to handle this stuff better in the future.

The good news is they came out right away when we called, the bad news is they charged us over $1,000 for a vent that wasn't needed and a video of the sewer line that they conveniently forgot to press ""record"" on. Made them come back to redo the video since we paid for it, however once they did the video they never snaked the sewage line or anything and sewage came up in the basement. Over $1,000 wasted with no results. Assuming these good reviews are family and friends, because I really don't know how anybody could be happy with their unprofessional service.
