Great quick friendly service. They don't try to get you for things that are not needed. Robert shows up and he told me that my problem was not a pipe water leak, instead he found out that my refrigerator was broken and that was where the water was coming from. A brief history of my specialize gas water heater. It runs radiant floor heat and daily use. 6 years ago I replaced it by The Janes in Floor Company in Mukilteo. Every year I have it serviced by The Janes in Floor Company to purge the system of radiant floor heat. Through those years I had few minor equipment replaced (mixing valve and expansion tank = $1213).
In Jan 2018 I had same company to service the system, I was told by technician that I need to replace the water heater asap. I asked him why since it's only 6 years old. He stated that this (type) of water heater only last 7 years. The Janes in Floor Company charges $6000 to $8000 for new water heater.
6 months later I start experienced loosing water pressure and hot water to barely warm water in the shower. I didn't agree with the technician's opinion. I decided to call around for other plumbing companies for 2nd opinion. After few calls I also found out most plumbing companies does not service this (type) water heater. I almost gave up and cave to The Janes in Floor Co. to prepare to pay $6000 or more to replace it.

Finally I reached Plumbing Masters NW in Everett. Within 3 hours technicians Hassan and Zane came to diagnosis the problem. 30 minutes later they found the problem and provide solution to replace thermostat of the tank. Zane also showed me the error code (light flashing from the tank) and explained what it means. Thank you for your expertise and honesty. Now I have good water pressure and hot water for entire shower. I would highly recommend Plumbing Master NW in Everett.

I had a late Friday emergency that involved a outside spigot that would not turn off. I called and emailed every plumbing company around me with no luck. Only Robert and his team at Plumbing Masters were available to come out late at night and assist with my potential plumbing disaster. Robert arrived on time and took quick assessment of my situation, gave me a fair quote (that did NOT increase) and efficiently and professional repaired my problem.

As a new owner of a home I cannot tell you how pleased with the service I received. I hope to not have any further emergencies but if I do I will for sure call Robert. I would highly recommend!!!

It's so difficult finding a plumber that is fair in pricing, personable and who does quality work. Robert at Plumbing Masters NW exhibited all these qualities. He also appreciated my Veteran status Military Service, and Law Enforcement service, and personally thanked me for the sacrifices involved in public service. His pricing was incredibly reasonable, considering I obtained multiple written estimates from other plumbers. He was on time, easy to contact, returned all my calls promptly, and the quality of work was excellent. The work done was a large job. We put in a new kitchen in an above ground basement. We had to cut concrete to tie into the sewer for the clothes washer drain. We had to put in new plumbing for the sink, drains, dishwasher as well. All the work was inspected by the City, and passed with no issues. He also replaced the regulator shut off valve to return proper water pressure to entire house. Robert was a pleasure to work with, and I will use his services for all future work! I highly recommend their plumbing services. Thanks again Robert and Plumbing Masters NW!

When we had an emergency, when lots of folks were having problems after the first heavy rains. Robert and his son came right over. They were professional and helpful. As new home owners, they gave us several options that would not just fix the problem in the immediate but would help to prevent future problems. ""Prevention is better"" said Rob. They were great with our dog too. Only suggestion, have some of those slip on booties for your shoes when in the house! Otherwise, great job!! Will be calling them again, but hopefully not to soon ;-)

We had our whole house re-piped with pecs and I couldn't be happier. We got a great deal and the guys were very friendly and did a fantastic job. I called them again to have a new shower valve installed and sink drain put in on the new bathroom we put in in the basement and again they really did a great job and was here 15 mins early and it didn't take them very long. I'm extremely happy with there work and the service I got. I highly recommend pluming masters call them, you won't be disappointed

I needed a few projects done around my house shortly after I bought it. I found Rob and his team after asking around and got a referral. It was a very good choice.

Rob came out the following day with his apprentice. He provided me a written quote on site which was so refreshing to not have to wait a week and then maybe get the quote. It was just right there!

The best part was that he was able to do the work right away! Took him about 3 hours to replace my water heater and toilet. He left a quote for my hose spigot and faucet which I'm going to have him do next month after I get paid again.

You can't go wrong with this company. Good people all around!

Quick service and would have been reasonably priced if the work had actually been completed. (I would have called them back, but they weren't particularly professional, so it's likely faster just to take a trip to the hardware store).

Overall not impressed and will definitely be going elsewhere for future plumbing needs.

Unfortunately, I had 3 leaks in a month. First the shower floor, then pex pipe and then ABS pipe. I called Plumbing Masters NW and every time Robert came to rescue my house in a timely manner. He is a professional plumber and knows what he is doing. He always left with a perfectly done work. His fee is not lowest, but reasonable and worth the quality of the work. With no doubt I will call him again if I have more plumbing issue (but hope not).
