Our water heater wasn't working so we called Plumbing Experts we get their coupons every month in the mail,I spoke to Roberta who was very professional and very helpful.She told us they could have a plumber out to our home that day,there would be no service call fee if we didn't agree to the estimate the plumber would leave and there would be no charge .The plumber Chad checked our water heater and went over the repair cost as well as the replacement cost,since the heater was 12 years old we decided to replace it .Chad was able to do that day and since we had our coupons we were able to save$100.00 dollars.Chad was very professional and cleaned up after the installation I will always use Plumbing Experts for all my plumbing problems and I will recommend them to my friends

I was staying in florida for a few weeks at an air b'n'b - all was well and good until the toilet started to back up at a quick pace! I tried to call the landlord but could not get a hold of them and the toilet started to over flow! I had to call someone to help right away. I was kind of freaking out because it was a sunday and many places were closed or had huge up-charges. Luckily I was looking on google where this business has much better reviews, I may not have called If i looked on yelp but I'm happy I did! I had to come here and leave a review. Chad came out very quickly and was able to stop the toilet over flowing and helped clean it up. He even showed me how to shut the water off and fix the plunger thingy in the tank if this sort of thing ever happens again. They did not charge me extra for a weekend emergency call which I really appreciated. Luckily the landlord reimbursed me for the call and thanked me for acting so fast to prevent flooding. If I lived in the area I'd call them again no question asked.

I heard the sound of wateR running in my bathroom wall although no faucets were open. I called them and they sent """"Bill"""" who told me he was the """"best of the best"""". He found the leak and told me it would be $1300 a day. If he had worked a full day, he would have fixed it, but it took him 4 days of working at a snail's pace tO make the repair. He charged me 7199.00 Don't call Bill. He is a major rip off artist. My regular plumber would have repaired it in 2 days and charged 2000..

I called to have the plumbing replaced under the sink, it was done promptly and well I didn't argue about the price. I asked the repairman to give me an estimate about hooking up a new water heater, which he did, but it wouldn't produce any hot water in an hour. I called the serviceman back, he stopped over and told me I'd have to call an electrician to figure out what the problem was. There was no electrical issue with the previous water that was replaced. I asked him to call the toll free service number for Rheem to see if they could help diagnose the problem, he didn't, saying that they wouldn't be of any help. So, I have a hot water heater with no hot water. What good is a company that says they install hot water heaters, and then say they're not electricians? Isn't electricity also part of the installation? Now I'm screwed after several phone calls to Plumbing Experts! Experts they are obviously NOT when it comes to water heaters. Stay away from companies who claim services that they cannot provide.

I nearly didn't call them because of all these terrible reviews but I'm glad I did. I will admit, the four hour window was the worst - and he even missed that window by a few minutes. When he came, he honestly tried to fix it as cheaply as possible but we watched as it didn't work. The more expensive route, with their advertised coupon was right in line with what others would have charged. He came in and was clean, fixed my leak quickly, then cleaned up after.

Called to get leaking toilet tank repaired. They said would be at house within an hour. I requested a 20 minute call ahead. Never got it. Went to the house, and called. They said plumber can't get into complex, gated and blocked off. I said wrong place. I said I have no gates, nothing blocked, I just drove it. The girl was nasty on the phone. I asked what street he was at, and she told me. I said wrong place, she kept insisting it was the correct address. I said please have him call, she said OK. Never called me, I called back, she said he's on his way and was calling, she apologized. Never called, never showed up. I called and spoke to the same girl. I told her CANCEL IT. She said OK, and couldn't care less. They will NEVER get my business. I should have known better, I read the reviews beforehand, but I figured a toilet repair would be quick.

Called to have a 24"""" cracked composite sink top replaced. Faucet needed to be disconnected, removal of cracked top caulked to wall and then new sink top added to base and faucet reconnected. Sounds complicated but NOT! $379 to do the work?? Got them down to $289 and they scoffed it was a big job..... We allowed them to do it because it was a tenants apt.....it was a job that took less than 45 minutes! No parts needed, only caulk! We own several rentals, have used them many times, for tunneling, toilet installs, toilet parts replaced, tub installs, sink installs, but this was the LAST time! Way too overpriced. Plumbing experts you lost a good customer!

I had a very positive experience with this company. I was amazed by this young plumber named Jesse, who came into my house. He made me feel very comfortable, going step by step on what I needed to have done. He seemed like he knew exactly what he needed to do by just looking at the problem I had. He was very sweet and considerate and made me feel like he cared about my problems and not just about the price. I highly recommend this young man to anyone who needs work done in there house! I made a desperate call last night around 8 pm looking for a plumber to come to my restaurant ASAP to find and repair a water leak coming from a wall in my kitchen. Chad arrived within 30 minutes and promptly identified the source of the leak and repaired it quickly. Not only was I shocked that someone came so fast but Chad was completely professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Plumbing Experts and will use them for any of our future plumbing needs.
