Warning!!! Don't call Plumbing Experts. They charged me $350. to replace my toilet fill valve. I'm elderly on a fixed income & that's an excessive overcharge for this job. Aaron looked at my toilet & left to get parts; he refused to quote me a price & said his dad would send me the bill. Wow a $350 bill??? Seems they like to price gauge the elderly population without remorse.


Gabriel Padilla...are you being defensive? You just admitted you overcharged me $100. You surprised me because I had never spoken to you before, so the $100. overcharge is to prey on the elderly, people need to be aware of your business practices.

I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon because all three of my salon shampoo sinks suddenly backed up.

Gabe got back to me immediately and told me they would have someone out that afternoon. Unfortunately, after a few minutes, he contacted me again and said the jobs they were already committed to were taking longer than planned. However, Gabe promised he'd be there on Sunday, the next morning.

In my experience, it's difficult to find someone that will actually show up. Not only did he show up, he was 30-minutes early. He got right to work and was able to clear our drains as promised. He was courteous, extremely polite and very helpful. I was very impressed that he didn't try and overcharge because of being a weekend.

I would recommend them and will use them again. But, hopefully I won't need to!

Had an emergency water leak issue in my ceiling on a Sunday. These guys answered my call immediately, sent someone out within the hour, assessed the issue and were extremely transparent about the cause, cost, and best course of action. Really appreciate the responsiveness and honesty especially when dealing with an emergency situation on a weekend.

The technician was professional, friendly and efficient. Fixed our broken faucet very quickly and restored our water service. Very glad he could come out on short notice. Emergency response is more expensive than normal business hours but in the end it was worth it

Gabriel was wonderful. I called him at 8 am on a Sunday because our toilet and shower for backed up. He was so friendly and calm, which is exactly what I needed. He got to our house by 10 AM and fixed our problem very quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, courteous and priced fairly!

I called plumbing experts after figuring out I wasn't able to install the bathroom faucet on my own.
I called plumbing experts around 4:00 pm and they responded very quickly and came out the same evening to install my faucet. The tech Mr Padilla was very professional and super nice.
Mr Padilla did a wonderful job installing my faucet.
I would definitely call Plumbing Experts out again for any other plumbing issue.

I did reach out to Plumming ""experts"" to install a toilet that I had bought from China so the water intake was different then the US, he came out and looked at it and said yes he can do it and it will cost $425 pay cash or Zelle. Long story short, he gave up and said he could not do it and said its not his fault, it a Chinese made with a different thread.. I asked for my money back as he did not do the job he was hired to do. He said he would not give me my money back. I have all the text message to back everything up.. Do not take a job that you can't do
