My shower valve stripped and got stuck on Monday night so I turned my water off at the main and informed my landlord who in turn reached out to Gabe of Plumbing Experts. Gabe was early for his scheduled appointment the next morning, assessed the problem, picked up the parts, and repaired the shower valve within an hour. He was clean, courteous, and efficient. The valve works better than ever. I recommend Plumbing Experts for all your service needs.

We were renting a house while in Palm Springs and the plumbing backed up. The manager said she couldn't get anyone out until some ridiculous time so I took it upon myself to find a plumber. BEWARE!! I contacted Gabe Padilla when one of the toilets, in my Palm Springs house, was not flushing. He told me the clean-out pipe outside my house had a major root intrusion, and a section of the pipe had to be dug out and replaced. He quoted me between $1,250 and $1,500 to do the job! I would never be able to afford Gabe's prices, so I contacted another vendor. They came out to my home the next morning and inspected all of my drains with a sewer camera. I was right next to the technician, during the entire inspection, and I could see on the monitor that the clean-out pipe was intact, free from roots or any other obstructions. The toilet just needed to be replaced and it only cost me, just under $300. Gabe eventually did the right thing and returned my $110 service call payment.

This personalized family owned business (Gabe P.) has been a really reliable, quick to respond plumbing resourcefor my home. I have original plumbing installed when my home was built in 1949 and Expert Plumbing has been great with solving the aged plumbing lines. The service is reasonably priced, thorough, with a great reliability factor. I would recommend highly for quick fix plumbing needs!

No complaints. This guy does the job right. Usually when you get a quote you expect it to go over and the job to last a lot longer. It's expected whenever doing home repairs, but Gabe not only finished on time but he gave me the trust back. Hopefully I never have an incident where I need to use a plumber, but if I do, no hesitation in terms of who I would call. Honest, quick and pleasant - you cannot find integrity like that nowadays. WORST SERVICE EVER! I regretfully hired Gabe to inspect and clean out my bathroom sink drains since they were clogged and not draining.

He showed up at my house 30 mins after his scheduled appointment time and had a ""I'm better than you"" cocky attitude.

He cleaned out my pipes as they were needed, but it took him 2 hours longer than he said, and he was arguing on the phone with his girlfriend/wife the entire time.

A week later I noticed the pipes were not put back together correctly and water was leaking all over the inside of the bathroom cupboards. I called Plumbing Experts to come and repair/warranty the work and he said they were booked solid for the next couple weeks, and I would have to pay another $150 service visit plus repair costs.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME! What ever you do, do not hire this company. They do not stand by their work.

Thank you Plumbing Experts (Gabe) for going above and beyond. Handled our water heater issues completely, from calling manufacturer to obtain part, to doing the actual work. Very honest and reliable, the best qualities when looking for a plumber. Everyone needs to have one (plumber) and I've got mine now!
