I called plumbing experts after figuring out I wasn't able to install the bathroom faucet on my own.
I called plumbing experts around 4:00 pm and they responded very quickly and came out the same evening to install my faucet. The tech Mr Padilla was very professional and super nice.
Mr Padilla did a wonderful job installing my faucet.
I would definitely call Plumbing Experts out again for any other plumbing issue.

I did reach out to Plumming ""experts"" to install a toilet that I had bought from China so the water intake was different then the US, he came out and looked at it and said yes he can do it and it will cost $425 pay cash or Zelle. Long story short, he gave up and said he could not do it and said its not his fault, it a Chinese made with a different thread.. I asked for my money back as he did not do the job he was hired to do. He said he would not give me my money back. I have all the text message to back everything up.. Do not take a job that you can't do

I had 2 good experiences with this company in which they fixed a clogged toilet. Both Gabe and his son Aaron were professional.

Much this time...I reached out this week as 2 toilets are backed up. Gabe told me he would be at my house between 11-12:30pm today. At 1:30pm, I sent a text saying that I had to leave the house. I did not get a response. I waited and then called. Gabe told me he had sent me a text which I did not receive. He said he would be at my house between 3:30-4pm and just had to confirm changing his schedule with another customer. Again, no response or confirmation. Then he sent me a text referring me to Kim at Roto Rooter. I called the number and there was no Kim and no one called me back. I reached back out to Gabe stating I wish he had just let me know that he wasn't available.

I am disappointed in the lack of candor and respect. I could have looked for another company. I do not consider this co reliable and don't appreciate sitting home for hours unnecessarily.

I reported this guy to the BBB and CSLB because he charges more than double of what other plumbers would charge and he said he rushed over to my house after I called is a lie. When I called he said he was on another call and when he finished up there he would come by.
That was like 2 hours later. I believe he didn't tell me what his charges would be because he knew it was outrageous and most people would refuse him.
My son had already turned off the main water to the house so at the time I called him I did not have a gushing pipe flooding my house. I had a small flood and caught it right away, got my son to turn off water and then started calling plumbers. Gave was the only one that responded and I can see why he wasn't too busy.

Worst plumber ever what a ripoff never disclosed his flat rate is $800 and charged us $875. Replaced a $50 water pressure regulator in 20 minutes and demanded payment by cash or Zelle on site. After asking why his rate is so much higher than the market rate for this job he stated his flat rate is $800!! Will never work with Gabriel again he was rude and arrogant and dishonest. Very disappointing as most people I've worked with in Palm Springs are very nice and honest.

I called Plumbing Experts because I had a running toilet and another toilet that was leaking. I called many plumbing companies and no one ever called me back. They were the only ones that called me back and they were able to come out first thing in the morning. They did such a good job and were friendly. Highly recommend this company. Will use them in the future.

On a rental unit we had a clogged tub and I tried to snake it myself with a handheld drill snake which I got stuck. I decided not to fool with it and reached out and got in touch with Gabe. Not only did he get to the job and fix the problem including the plaster that had gotten down into the drain pipe quickly, it was clear to me that this man knows his plumbing. We intend to use them for some other projects.

I also like this is a local family owned business-Gabe and his sons. Oh, and let me add he was doing this work on a Sunday night around 9 PM. Try to find somebody else to do that!
