Called Ivan this morning to check my water softener system as I was seeing a higher Ppm values on a 2-month old RO system. He came to check right away, and found the system to be working okay. I offered to pay him for his time to stop by but he refused to take any payment. He also offered some advice for upkeep of my softener system. Thank you, Ivan! I appreciate your time and help today.

Dish Washer stopped working. Called Ivan and he was over within 2 hours. Took about 45 minutes to fix. He had the parts on hand and was very communicative on what the issue was and how he was fixing it. Great experience!

We purchased a water softener for our home and reached out to Yelp to find a plumber for installation. Ivan from Plumbing experts was quick to reply through the message system and came out the next day for a quote. Ivan was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and had a plan of action. Their quote was competitive and the reviews were positive so we set up an appointment for the following week. Ivan arrived on time, talked about what he was going to do for installation, gave me some feedback about the Flex 5600 softener that we had purchased and started prepping for installation. His partner Ivo, arrived shortly after and the two began installation. The install took several hours. During that time, both Ivan and Ivo were very personable and chatted while working. I had some other plumbing concerns that they gave me some suggestions for DYI to save me which I really appreciated. When the installation was complete they walked me through the work that was done as well as the unit itself. Their work itself was top notch and they left the job site clean. So far, the water softener has performed great with no issues! Ivan and Ivo did a great job with the installation and their personable customer service was refreshing and appreciated! I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs and would absolutely use them again! Thank guys!!

Thank you for the great work! I needed a water heater replacement, did research, and contacted The Plumbing Experts. They were very responsive and had a very reasonable timing and pricing for the job I needed. They explained the whole process with all the details very professionally. I needed my water heater fixed right away. I couldn't get my water shut off and it was starting to flood my garage. I needed someone that could come out right away. I did a search and found Plumbing Experts Inc. They were here in minutes and got right to it. Thankfully there was no major damage and I have hot water again. I got a new water heater with a much better warrantee than my old one. They were very profession and affordable. THANK YOU!!!
