I need to revise my review that I posted earlier. Dave (the owner) has really come through for us on our water heater issue. Even though we replaced it through a different company we just received a check for previous installation costs! And a letter stating that his employee that installed the heater was no longer with the company. Who does that except someone with integrity. Thank you!

I called Plumbing and Electrical Concepts after my living room filled with smoke from some type of electrical problem. It was in the evening yet my call was answered and Dave, the owner came out immediately. He worked to identify the problem and to ensure the house was safe until they could return the next morning with the necessary parts to fix it. They arrived on time the next morning and did an excellent job at a more than fair price. The service they provided was excellent.......very impressive!

Great shop and people. Dave is knowledgeable about off grid systems and sustainable design. I've used him on three projects and they always come through with good communication and a quality product. He's got some great employees that are well trained and easy to work with.
