We needed a plumber to fix a few issues including: a leaky and rusted kitchen faucet (that had come off its base); a leaky bathroom sink that also did not drain properly; a poorly flushing toilet; and a shower bathtub that didn't retain water for a bath.

From the first call to the Plumbing Dudes, we felt like we were in professional, respectful hands. Spoke with Armen on a Monday morning and he was able to send a tech to us later that afternoon.

Jimmy arrived on time (even a few minutes early!) and gave us a thorough estimate and timeline for the work to be done. He returned, as scheduled, a couple of days later and did great work with a great attitude and excellent, friendly communication skills. He said if anything wasn't quite working right over the next few days once we got to use the sinks again (ie., if a sneaky leak returned) to give them a call back so they could reassess.

We called them a few days later about something that needed to be reassessed and Anna who manages the calls was outstanding and awesome. She listened, she offered solutions and she immediately got back to us with a very accurate ETA for the tech who needed to come back. Saul arrived on time, reassessed the issue and fixed it all very nicely and completely.

In summary: Kitchen faucet is new and no longer leaking; bathroom sink drains well!!!; toilet is fully flushing; and the bathtub retains water when we want to take a little bath. Job very well done!

This company is great, reliable and they communicate well and accurately. They truly help you. Finding a trustworthy, licensed, professional, very competent plumber is more difficult than you would think so once you find the Plumbing Dudes, your search is over!

One love to the Plumbing Dudes! After trying to lock down a plumber to come asses some issues at my house we finally landed on the Plumbing Dudes. They sent a guy called Jimmy out. Friendly guy and very knowledgable (you'd think everyone would be but alas, they're not). Jimmy diagnosed our issues and today he returned and fixed our plumbing problems, going over and above and exuding an exceptional work ethic and craftsmanship.

Our experience with Plumbing Dudes has been exceptional. Arman is the best!!! We had a few different quotes, and he stood out to us immediately for his patience and the detail with which he explained everything to us. Sometimes plumbers talk down to you if you are unfamiliar with the ins and outs of pipes, but Arman was kind and actually helped us enjoy learning about plumbing. His work was impeccable, and he goes above and beyond. He even stopped by one day when our water heater went out to get it going again with a quick fix that the gas company had not thought to check for. Can't recommend him highly enough! Anna who answers the phone is great too, and all the estimates are clearly communicated via their online system.
