These guys, Charles in particular, will take care of you. From big job to small they show up on time and do the work with a good attitude. I really like them. I've had them doing a $10,000 re-drain of a three unit apartment building to a simple leak fix and they were great. Thank you Plumbing Dudes!!!

I called several plumbers to help fix a leaky faucet in our upstairs bathroom that was dripping slowly downstairs. This place was the only place that not only got back to me right away but came on time; diagnosed the problems and fixed it that very day. It ended up being a bigger problem than I anticipated but after mr Armen and another employee worked for over 6 hours the problem was finally fixed at the end of day. I felt the pricing was reasonable. Would recommend and call again should another plumbing problem arise. Thank you!

last week my car broke down in the very best circumstances - by which i mean during rush hour, between lanes of traffic, on a large street, right off the freeway exit. after calling triple A, i sat in my car with my flashers on, wondering if the tow would come before someone rear-ended me.

rescue was on the way, however - a Plumbing Dudes van pulled up to the florist shop to my right and two gentlemen came over, braved the traffic and pushed my heavy car over to the curb - AND gave me a rose from a bouquet purchased at the florist shop.

i haven't used Plumbing Dudes for plumbing, but i can tell you they're the solid kind of guys that help strangers in need.

THANK YOU, gentlemen in the van - while i'm not wishing myself plumbing problems, you are in my rolodex for the future!!!

Technically I should be giving them 5 Stars 4 times. The handle in my shower broke loose and I couldn't shut off the water. It was a rainy day and NO PLUMBER was available for emergency calls. Crying my eyes out, I called my friend who recommended I call the Plumbing Dudes. They gave me the same answer about being completely booked, HOWEVER they stated that they would stop by in between jobs to shut the water off to my unit. They came by within 1 hour and repaired the handle. They recommended that I change all 3 handles because they were showing signs of major rust. Happy that they came out so quickly, I was given their earliest appointment which was 5 days out. Now get this, even though they repaired my handle so I could take showers until they came out in 5 days they didn't even charge me for my EMERGENCY CALL!!!! They repaired all 3 handles and everything was great so was their price.

A few weeks later the sink in my guest bathroom and kitchen sink started leaking (Yes, I live in a old building with crappy pipes). Again, they came out and replaced both sinks. They work quickly and do clean repairs.

Due to their prices being so fair. I decided to change my 15 year old electric water heater. They came in removed and installed the new one. They even picked up the new water heater for me and removed the old one. I'm super excited that I've found this amazing company.

Update: I called this company again because the issue happen again. They came out and fixed it without charging me. They also found out what was causing the issue. I decided to hire them to fix the issue on a permanent basis.

3/2019 - They came out right away and fix my problem. Very nice and polite, would recommend and do business with them again. They did not ask me to write a yelp review.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and the Plumbing Dudes sent someone out almost immediately to fix it...they were courteous, fast, professional, and generously priced! Could not be happier with their service, will definitely use again for any and all my plumbing needs int he future!

I contacted Plumbing Dudes because my hot water mysteriously stopped working last night and I had guests arriving this morning. I was panicking and called the dudes over to take a look. They informed that my current water heater was shot. It was leaking and it was beyond repair. They gave a reasonable price to install a new. They took the time to explain everything and I didn't feel pressured to go with them even tho they knew I was in a desperate situation. They explained everything that needed to be done, including all the things to they need to do to make the water heater up to code(the one I had before was not up to code). They did the job and cleaned up after themselves. It didn't even look like work was done at the house. The Plumbing Dudes came in and didn't make me feel like I was in the dark about the situation. They did great work at an affordable price. I will highly recommend recommend them to my friends and family!

My toilet was clogged due to roots, which the 2 gentlemen from Plumbing Dudes that came to my home kindly removed. They went to a lot of effort removing them and i'm grateful for that work. However, after they left, the toilet leaked profusely around the floor, even days after the caulk they placed around the base dried. For this i was charged $250.

Afterwards, i called someone else. It turns out that the gentlemen had only installed 1 wax ring, where 2 were needed, and didn't line up the toilet with the ring properly (hence the leaking). In addition, my second opinion used a $14 part to re-secure the toilet to the floor, whereas the ""plumbing dudes"" said that i would need an entirely new flange to secure the toilet properly, and that putting in a new flange would be an $800 job.

For $130 total my second opinion got my toilet working (albeit temporarily, as i'll need to do digging to take care of the root problem permanently), and installed everything properly. I'll think twice before calling Plumbing Dudes again.

I chanced using Arman for an emergency when 911 Plumbing was unavailable during this horrible rainy season. I was so happy I did! He came out in the pouring rain and gave advice that he did not need to - suggesting that we needed extra gutters and roof repair to stop water from leaking in. He's extremely responsive and the work has been great. His rates are also reasonable, so I will continue to use him for our HOA.
