One love to the Plumbing Dudes! After trying to lock down a plumber to come asses some issues at my house we finally landed on the Plumbing Dudes. They sent a guy called Jimmy out. Friendly guy and very knowledgable (you'd think everyone would be but alas, they're not). Jimmy diagnosed our issues and today he returned and fixed our plumbing problems, going over and above and exuding an exceptional work ethic and craftsmanship.

When it was all said and done, Jimmy even helped me carry a box into my house that I couldn't have done on my own. Thanks Jimmy!

Shout out to Arman for his amazing follow up! The Dudes fixed a toilet issue a while back. Soon after, the issue resurfaced. Arman came over quickly and did more extensive troubleshooting to make sure it was fixed for good. Thank you for the quick response and great customer service!

Our experience with Plumbing Dudes has been exceptional. Arman is the best!!! We had a few different quotes, and he stood out to us immediately for his patience and the detail with which he explained everything to us. Sometimes plumbers talk down to you if you are unfamiliar with the ins and outs of pipes, but Arman was kind and actually helped us enjoy learning about plumbing. His work was impeccable, and he goes above and beyond. He even stopped by one day when our water heater went out to get it going again with a quick fix that the gas company had not thought to check for. Can't recommend him highly enough! Anna who answers the phone is great too, and all the estimates are clearly communicated via their online system.

I've had three very positive experiences with Plumbing Dudes. They've installed a new tankless water heater, repaired a broken shut off valve at the street and helped untangle decades of old pipes and install new ones so that I could have a new washer and dryer installed and able to drain. I've worked with both Charles and Tony, and each did a great job with quality work. Friendly company and fairly priced. I will definitely use them again.
