A pipe burst at my house and flooded my neighbor's yard. Luckily my neighbor recommended this company - and I'm so glad he did, they are fantastic.

This company is honest, hard-working, and excellent at what they do. They were always professional and paid attention to the details. At the end of the job they went out of their way to bring over extra soil and seed to make my lawn look even better than before (they surgically dug up the lawn to replace pipes).

Dave and Frank were at the house multiple days doing repairs - they were both hard-working, professional, and an absolute pleasure to have at the house. Paul stopped by often to check the work.

This company genuinely cares about doing an A+ job. Recommend!

Paul used very foul language and was disrespectful and discourteous. He cussed at us and was not willing to address our concerns. Shocked by his unprofessionalism. The interactions with him was one of the worst I ever had the displeasure to experience. Terrible attitude.

Paul was on time and explained the entire process of the hot water heater replacement. He reconfigured the heater plumbing connections using flexible corrugated SS fittings He resolved my broken shutoff valve issue and will return at a future date to replace old worn out gate valves.

We redid our bathroom this past Winter and had the good fortune of discovering Paul through our general contractor. Once we opened everything up Paul gave us a great price to update all the plumbing underneath the house to service the bathroom, swapping out all the rusted 1950's pipe to oversized PVC. He included a lifetime warranty which put me at ease - knowing that the quality of his work will stand the test of time. He even went above and beyond adjusting the grade from both the bathroom AND the kitchen to the main sewer line at no additional cost. His attention to detail and professionalism even garnered praise from my contractor father-in-law who saw photos of his work. To top it off he's a local, small business - what's not to love?

Paul came recommended from another plumber who was tapped out on his schedule. He came out to talk about replacing my leaking water heater with a tankless. After a coming over and assessing my situation, he recommended not to go tankless but he gave me a few recommendations to still meet my needs. Paul went above and beyond, a true extra mile, doing misc. work that included electrical fixtures, ceiling installation, and the little things like hanging my bathroom mirror and installing door hardware so I could put all of my time into meeting my opening deadline.
