After seven calls to ""Dave's"" voice mail with no call backs, I have given up on this business. They were referred by my water heater manufacturer for warranty work. I have all ready relayed my dissatisfaction to American Water Heaters. A word of advice to Dave. It would be much more professional if you answered your phone calls by identifying your business as a matter of courtesy. I only wish I fully read the review by M.C. on 3/24/2014. I will be writing a letter to the water heater manufacturer suggesting that they discontinue any association with Plumbing & Drain Solutions.

This company should deserve no star! They installed my tank heater under manufacturer's warranty n seemed not interested to to provide any maintenance service when contacted. After leaving many messages with no response, finally managed to get a guy called Dave on the apparent cell phone number listed a week ago. Then told me that he only receive cash for the job, only work on weekends, only work till noon on Saturday, don't work on Sundays, etc... Made me feel that this was a fly by night part time gig for Dave. And after I gave him my info, i could not get him to confirm a service date! No response from left messages and repeated texts. After I gave him an ultimatum text that if he did not respond in 24 hours, I would find someone else to do the job, the guy text me back immediayely that basically dared me to find someone else! When I returned text that the deal is off, he had the cheek to text me back a ""LOL!"" I will gladly give my hard earned money to some other company than this arrogant prima-donna! Avoid! Engage at your own risk!
