Eric D.We have used the same plumber in Reynoldsburg for 30 years. This year, I decided to try a new company despite not having problems with my regular plumbers. A clerical mix-up on the correct arrival time caused a minor delay but no tragedy.
The plumber arrived in very good spirits & with very good customer relations began to diagnose the plumbing issue. After promptly solving one issue he began work on a secondary issue to replace a bathroom sink elbow pipe. Problem was, he had no correct parts on his truck. Issue #2 will be skipped. We were disappointed the proper part weren't loaded on a plumbers truck but again, no tragedy.
Rates are competitive for the industry. The plumber to customer attentiveness, and verbal skills were well above average. No creepy weird guy shows up with plumbers butt, just a professional well spoken business man. Kudos guys!
Keith A.Found out my hot water tank was leaking from the rim. It is in the basement so by the time we realized this, there is an inch of water and our laundry room and bathroom are flooded. I called and John instructed me on shutting of the water to the tank and draining it to stop the leak. They had a crew out first thing in the morning with a tank and new plumbing. They worked fast and were very pleasant. Thank you Brian and Joey for getting this done so fast. The new setup looks incredible. I will definitely use this company again.
